They've just charged me 34.99 I don't remember giving them my bank details

J’ai payé 0,99€ pour seulement faire un CV,il y’avait écrit que c’était pour 7j et là le mois d’après j’ai un débit de 34,99€, j’ai souscrit aucun abonnement, remboursé moi ou je dépose plainte pour vice caché et vice de consentement !!
Je suis étudiante je n’ai pas d’argent !!’

Prix attirant 0,9€ pour faire un cv ça va mais les tentatives de prélèvements de 34,99€ ensuite c’est honteux.

I’ve just been £34.99 from a company I’ve never heard of before! They’ve clearly fraudulently obtained my card details, which is always a worry.

These guys are SCAMMERS - do not use or subscribe. They will not even let you access your account after you’ve subscribed- I hope the police catch up with them. They also use the name: TOOLRESUME - they are French. They send you the first invoice for €2 - and then start charging you €35 per month. They should be reported to Interpol.

Also stay away from ToolResume. It's exactly the same page as CVOttimo but in English. I was charged three times £34.99. I only noticed when my credit card was declined when shopping for something else. I contacted my credit card company and they put a block on the payment of this subscription.
Total scammers that use AI. The only way to contact them is via the online form. I contacted them and I'm waiting for a response. I'll update my post here if I hear anything from them.

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS COMPANY IS BUT THEY ACCESSED MY INFORMATION AND WON’T STOP CHARGING ME. I HAVE LODGED FRAUD WITH MY BANK AFTER TRANSACTIONS ON 1 APRIL AND 28 APRIL. I EVEN CHANGED MY BANK CARD (NEEDED RENEWAL) AND THEY GOT MY BANK DETAILS AFTER 1 APRIL….

I had never EVER used this website, I don’t even have an account with them!! No confirmation email sent so that’s a sure fire sign and I don’t understand Swedish so how could I use the website!! From what I’ve found out they’re a social and marketing company based in Geneva. Raise it with the fraud team at your bank! If I could give 0 I would, be wary! This is a massive scam!

Scam, they asked for £1.90 for 7 days limited access and after 3 days they charged me £34.99 and I don't know what for.

Would give 0 stars if I could . Only purchased one off £0.90p service and they keep taking £34.99 out of my account . I never agreed to any subscription. They scam people saying you can cancel your account however I don’t have an account with them . Tried to log in and there’s just no account . Tried the forgot my password option but they don’t send a link . There’s no contact to actually ring someone. They keep replying on people’s reviews here saying they can cancel anytime but there’s actually no way you can cancel it. I’m contacting my bank to report as fraud

DO NOT USE! Advertised as 90p then £1.90, then increases to £34.99 a month which isn't clearly advertised despite their claims. Even if it was clearly advertised no one in their right mind would sign up to a £35 subscription for CV's !? The site preys on vulnerable users desperate for help with their CV's, advertises a low price and then discreetly charges huge amounts. They offer NO HELP to those who wish to cancel. I've read some of their responses stating that 'you can cancel the subscription through your customer account,' however the language has changed on their website so I now can't understand it haha. THIEVES.

Would give them zero stars as they are a scam. never signed up to pay them any money, and now they are taking £34.99 per month from my account. I have tried to conatct them several times over a period of a few weeks through their message app but no reply. I can login as i dont have an account tried forgotten password but they do not send email tried all my email accounts but nothing. there is no telephone number to contact or seperate email. now contacting my bank and reporting them for fraud, and claiming the money back. DO NOT LOOK AT THEIR WEBSITE.

This company are trying to take money from my account but when i try and log on, it doesnt recognise my email address! this is clearly fraud as if my email was registered, it would be recognised for me to try and cancel!

Took a subscription and now I can't cancel it.

Very sneaky site used one time £2 service and it’s keep taking my money 34.99 I don’t know how to cancel it there are no contact number so can talk very very disappointed this company is very bad do not use there services otherwise you will loose your all the money in your bank account don’t even know how to cancel and take my refund please if anyone here please help me to cancel this

Very sneaky company! I used the service for a one time cover letter, not to mention the website kept crashing and I wasn't able to use it more than once. I had selected the service for less than £2 for one week. I did not see anywhere that this would then turn into a subscription, one of £34.99 for that matter. I was unaware I was signing up to anything.
If it is mentioned on their website it is intentionally not clear. All you see in large letters is the price of £1 something for the week. Be very careful, thankfully for me, my bank blocked the payment as it came up as suspicious.

They are keeping on taking payment.. this is weird can even try to unsubscribe before the date.. this is ridiculous.
