I’ve been a fan of CXIX for years now and have always loved the style and quality of their pieces. My recent experience just confirmed again why I recommend this brand and enjoy shopping with them so much.

I had ordered a pair of joggers I had previously owned and loved – but the new pair seemed to have a material issue after the first wash. I contacted customer service and was genuinely impressed by how fast, kindly and helpful they responded. They took my feedback seriously, asked for details to understand the issue better, and offered a replacement right away – without me even having to ask for it.

This kind of thoughtful and professional customer care isn’t something you find everywhere. Thank you, CXIX, for handling the situation so smoothly. I’m very happy and will definitely keep shopping with you! Special thx to Ms E. for the kind support!

Ordered shoes from cxix and the day after I received a notice that I had to pay €50 in customs fees. I immediately emailed to cancel the delivery – no reply. Not after one, not after three emails. The package was returned at the border, but I still haven’t heard anything back. Meanwhile, the money was taken from my credit card.
So disappointed in the lack of customer service. Don’t buy from cxix if you’re outside the UK – you might end up paying for nothing. Meanwhile more than a month has passed.

Perfect! Loved my products, quality and fit is amazing, there was a problem with one item (not their fault) however as soon as I emailed them they fixed the problem no issues. Elizah was super lovely and helpful. Easily the only pole brand I’ll shop with now! Thank you so much CXIX!

I really have been pleased with the quality of my orders, but what had blown me away is a recent experience where one of my items was defective. I reached out to the customer service team, and with a lot of patience, emailing back and forth over an extended time (holidays, getting sick) they never gave up! Their commitment to making sure we could resolve the issue was amazing. Could not recommend this company more.

To say I’m obsessed with this brand would be an understatement!! I absolutely LOVE CXIX! They are by far my favourite place to buy pole wear. Their range is sexy, edgy, and honestly makes me feel so confident! Their sets come in the most beautiful colours and fabrics with unique designs too, and the quality is amazing! I have never had anything from them break, and their fits actually withstand pole. I’m also a foxbox subscriber with CXIX and it is always so exciting to see what fit is being sent in the mail, plus they come with tutorial videos too! I always get complimented when I’m wearing CXIX, so seriously RUN don’t walk, and go and order something from CXIX - you won’t regret it!

I've never felt more like a baddie than when I'm wearing CXIX. They have taken the extra effort to make inclusive designs that look amazing on all dancers. Coming out of the summer, you can also enjoy their annual "Floor-gust" Tutorials 🔥 They feature patrons on their social media, which is such a treat when you see your friends in their stories.

What a fantastic company! The polewear is such high quality (pieces I bought many years ago and have worn hundreds of times are still in pristine condition!) Would recommend in a heartbeat! Don't hesitate!

CXIX produces great pole wear designs made out of top-notch fabrics! I love everything I have gotten from them!

I've ordered from CXIX both on their website, and from PoleJunkie. I've loved every single piece of polewear I've had from this brand.

Delivery: When I ordered from CXIX US, I had it delivered to me in like a week (to the Philippines), and was impressed with the speed of delivery. Delivery from PoleJunkie took a bit longer though, but still within a fortnight.

Quality: Great quality and they use premium hardware and textiles. The polewear I've had that's over a year old still feel like they're new—they hold up really well. I only ever handwash them to maintain their quality.

No doubt my favourite brand for pole wear. Sizing is always consistent. Colours are all so beautiful. And let me go off on this limited edition lounge set cause I’m about to be wearing the sparkly pole sweats everywhere!!!

I absolutely love this polewear brand! I've used their products for my first ever PSO competition, my first pole photoshoot, and now my second pole photoshoot. Their products are always very high quality, move with your body (without causing indecent exposure), and look so amazing. Customer service is always very quick to respond, and has always found solutions for any issues I've had. For example, they were willing to provide me with my store credit (from a return) early, so that I could make sure I had a new outfit in time for my photoshoot.

I had placed an order from Germany. Unfortunately due to unforseen illness on my side the pick up from the local postal office didn't work out. My order got sent back. Everything was handled with understanding and absolutely lovely. Got my money back in no time. I have also ordered in the past and have never been disappointed once. Love you guys

This is one of the most inclusive and body positive pole brands out there. I provided feedback on a return relating to the fit on a curvy body, and they implemented it into an updated design. Asked me to trial it and everything. The whole experience was transparent and enjoyable (shout out to Lenka), and I would recommend CXIX to everyone.
