Quality pieces, helpful customer service
I love CXIX even more after working with their customer service rep. They were so quick to respond, offered me solutions, checked in on me throughout and ultimately helped fix my issue so I can walk away with a quality product that will last a long time. I plan on taking care of my CXIX pieces and will dance in them for years to come. Special thanks to Elizah in customer service. I’m happy to keep supporting this brand with my business!
Best clothes but returns arent great
CXIX definitely makes the nicest pole dance clothes and they are expensive but thingsl ike Black Friday they have good discounts.
One thing I would say is returns are expensive, I dont know how they justify the postage cost they ask for return labels and it does take a long time to get a return refuns so 4 stars not 5

Good for plus sizes too
Got spme very cheap separates in the sale, loads in stock in larger sizes nice to see inclusive sizes in pole.
Best quality pole wear
Shocked to see such awful reviews - Cxix are my favourite pole attire brand. I’ve been wearing their pole clothes almost exclusively for years now and am extremely happy with the quality, design, how quickly they deliver and customer service. I love that it’s a brand created by dancers for dancers. They really understand where you’ll need more coverage, or which parts you’d like to showcase. 5* from me all around.
Wow… no costumer service
Wow, wish I had read the reviews here earlier. I have issued a refund but no sign of them anywhere. No confirmation of receiving the parcel, no updates whatsoever. Still waiting…

Don't issue full refunds
Ordered jogging bottoms and paid for shipping.
When they cam they were too big so sent them back, paid for shipping again.
But got a partial refund with no explanation as to why.

Returns are a pain to arrange and very very slow
Took 8 emails to arrange a return for an item that was FAULTY. They told me to keep the faulty one... which meant i had to pay for a return of a different item. We're now 10 days on... still waiting.

HUGE LET DOWN IN YOUR QUALITY CONTROL
If there was a zero I could of given CXIX ZERO. It started with my experience shopping a pair of classified crossover bra + bottom online. The bra arrived and non-padded, apparently they are faulty items cause on website it’s clearly saying PADDED. I’ve contacted customer service on 21st January 2023 and they agreed to send replacement, so I was okay waiting the replacement parcel finally arrived on 22nd February. Opened the parcel and it was another pair of NON-padded, ok so I contacted customer service again and got promised that all non-padded ones were removed from warehouse and correct replacement will be sent again. Ok so I kept my cool and waited for another few weeks. And on 9th March 2023 I finally received the replacement parcel and they are the NON-PADDED FAULTY ONE AGAIN ! Are you serious that you’ve been keeping sending me faulty bra for THREE TIMES ALREADY ? Are you able to post me the correct item ?? Please value our precious time and STOP TROLLING ME !

Withholds refunds against customer rights
I don't know what's happened since the rebrand but I've returned 2 orders and had to fight for the whole amount to be refunded back to me. They tried to keep the shipping cost on the first order, claiming it's because "it's a service I used". I cancelled within 14 days so I'm due the full amount. They also make you pay return shipping on top, which is all a bit cheeky considering how hit and miss their sizing is.
The other order had deductions taken out the refund even though I spent enough for free shipping. I asked for a breakdown (because they don't send any explanation of how they worked out your refund) and let's see what they come up with this time.)
Cxix used to be a decent company, not sure what's happened since the rebrand.

The customer service is not responding…
The customer service is not responding at all. I have written four messages related to a refund, but I got no answer. Seems that they don’t care about their customers, or don’t want to pay money for a returned order. Avoid at all costs.
