Cyan Teak Furniture Reviews

I recently purchased a garden piece from Cyan Teak Furniture, and overall, I’m very pleased. Their range of high-quality, beautifully designed teak furniture is impressive, and the craftsmanship is clear. The ordering process was smooth, and I received helpful advice along the way, including maintenance tips. Delivery was prompt and as communicated, with the item arriving well-packed and in great condition. The pieces are functional, sturdy, and well-suited to various outdoor spaces. While there’s always room for improvement, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cyan Teak Furniture for durable and stylish garden furniture. Four stars!

So delighted with my new garden table from Cyan. Excellent service, good communication and helpful delivery. I will use Cyan again when needing outdoor furniture.

We ordered a Tribute Bench from Cyan.
The customer service was helpful and polite, the arrangements for delivery were straight forward and efficient and the bench was of a high quality and finished to a very high standard.

Purchased a Balmoral 6ft teak park bench for use in a public area. Very helpful from start to finish. Saz was great, helping with the choice of bench as well as providing proofs for the plaque. All looks very good.

Great service and a wonderful product - purchased a teak garden bench - they kept me informed as to delivery - driver was very helpful - the bench is a great product - exactly as advertised - will use them again - cannot praise them enough

Beautifully designed garden chairs and table.
I was looking for a set of four folding chairs and a table that would easily fold flat. They needed to be used in a square corner of my garden. Cyan provided the perfect product. Their sustainable teak octagonal table (Suffolk)has a folding mechanism that means there is no screws to rust over time. It is a masterpiece of design! The Ashdown chairs also have pleasing folding mechanism. They are comfortable while not being bulky or difficult to move about. The delivery service was faultless. I cannot praise the whole experience enough.

Very useful pre and post sale advice by email including useful teak maintenance information on website.
Delivery to North Wales highly efficient in accurate advice of likely delivery time and helpful location of Wimbledon banana bench - which we are delighted with. Looks great and well made.

Prompt delivery and assembly of a very high quality table. Excellent experience from ordering to after sales.

I found the staff very helpful. I was able to discuss and select exactly what furniture I needed, and was given a good price. The furniture was delivered promptly, and is of very good quality. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

We bought a large table and 4 chairs a couple of years ago and have been very pleased with them. So when it came to finding a bistro-sized table for a small sunny corner to use with one of the chairs, I thought of this company and found the perfect one - solid and foldable, big enough for 2 people to use, but small enough to be easily moved around and stored. Priced very reasonably too for the quality of material and construction.

Bit of a shocker to get it delivered within 3-4 days of ordering; I was expecting it to take quite a bit longer.

I have no hesitation in recommending Cyan, as our experiences with them have been very positive.

Excellent quality item - very pleased. We managed to overcome possible access issues for the Delivery. Excellent communications - I wish all suppliers of such items were as sensible and helpful. I would highly recommend on the quality, pricing and overall excellent Service. Thank you very much.

We received an excellent service from Start to Finish when we bought a Memorial Bench from Cyan-Teak Furniture. My sons bought the Bench for it to be placed in the Cemetery in Memory of Their Dad . the Ladies we spoke to were very Polite, Friendly and Helpful. On the Bench being delivered we even more Surprised - It was even better than what we expected. Thank you ALL and I would recommend anyone to buy from this Company.

I wanted to buy a new bench by phone as I find online difficult. The person I spoke to was friendly and she made it easy to complete the purchase with my card. It took about five minutes, and I was given a date and time for the delivery. Two days later it arrived, as promised, and the driver patiently unloaded and carefully wheeled it into place. What a beautiful, chunky, comfortable bench. Many thanks ! I love it and so do the family.

Our 85 year old Director of Nowell Court, Eileen is over the moon with her new benches

Our garden bench was delivered as promised in a very timely manner. We are extremely impressed with the quality, finish and workmanship of the bench which exceeded our expectations. It looks fantastic in our garden setting and we cannot recommend Cyan highly enough and we will certainly be purchasing from them again.

We have been searching in vain for many months, for some high quality, solid teak garden furniture, to replace our old furniture.
We wanted to be able to actually view the furniture before we purchased, and Cyan Teak was rare, in that they have a showroom in Coulsdon.
Travelling from Yorkshire, it was a long day (450 miles round trip !!!), but well worth it, to confirm the quality, BEFORE we bought.
The delivery process was excellent.
Cyan Teak agreed a delivery window, contacted us to confirm nearer the time, gave us an estimate of when our furniture would arrive, and the driver called us as he was leaving his previous drop, to let us know that he would be with us in 25 minutes time.
A very personable young man (Shamek) unloaded his van, and assembled our table extremely professionally, whilst I unpacked our chairs.
A great experience from start to finish, we are delighted with the quality of our furniture, and would have no hesitation in recommending Cyan Teak to colleagues, friends and family.

Very nervous buying without seeing . Excellent communication with delivery details and quick to respond to any queries.
On arrival we where delighted with the bench top quality heavy and sturdy, and looks beautiful. A perfect tribute to our dear Mums memory
Thank you

beautiful bench , workmanship spot on , lovely thick timber to match my lovely thick wife when she sits on it . marks out of 5 : 8

First class experience of ordering a memorial bench. I managed to omit ordering the plaque in the first instance and had to add it, the person who helped me add this sent me photos of the font and the size and how my wording would look and added it to the order checking commas and capitals. Truly wonderful customer service. I was kept informed of delivery schedule and it has arrived and is a beautiful bench.

Great service all round from contact with the office to delivery of the teak table and chairs and Balmoral bench. Very pleased with the quality and condition of goods. Delivery driver built the table and installed the bench with me all before 8am. I've now recommended Cyan to my village hall committee who are looking for a memorial bench for the village green.
