Paid out in record time, great service
Took out a plan to cover my bike from theft on the commute to work, ended up having a disaster in the Peaks causing accidental damage to carbon frame and other issues and fired a claim across expecting it to be rejected. To my surprise they accepted the claim and paid out within 2 weeks which exceeded my expectations! All phone calls have been pleasant and for the price I paid I will definitely be renewing.

Very easy to make a claim but needs more option on the survey about what happened/needs to be more specific
The price of the insurance is at a good price, not too cheap where the money I pay doesn’t claim my needs and the service is really good.
