Ho creato un account senza però aver sottoscritto nessun abbonamento. Hanno prelevato un pagamento di 37 euro per un abbonamento che non esiste. Il mio account infatti non aveva nessun abbonamento attivo. Li ho contattati mi hanno cancellato l account ma non mi rimborsano i soldi perche i pagamenti sono definiti una votla che l abbonamento è stato attivato. Ma non avevo attivato l abbonamento. Sebbene siano stati presi in maniera non autorizzata. È sostanzialmente una truffa

Es pésima , a parte que son fraudulento , porque al probar y pagar la prueba tuve acceso a mi plan hasta el día 23 y ya no me salía más días , como había cancelado la suscripción y no salía ya en Google pay ,la desinstale y mi sorpresa es que al entrar a mi banco veo un cobro indebido de parte de cycle diet y aun no me saben dar una solución.

I only replied the questions they asked you to send a plan, and omg just even from that it's so obvious it's a scam they're marketing health but it's just opposite, by asking you your age and height and age they told me my metabolic age which was so so stupid when they say my BMI is healthy, they also told me my fat level!! By only replying regular questions about my cycle and having data on my height and weight. Be away from this stupid app! Such a shame to use a women's cycles to get some money!

Total scam, they just charge your paypal account, impossible to log on no website ...

This is a complete scam! I have never downloaded the app nor do I have an account with them. Very surprised to see a $66 charge to Lithuania on my PayPal today. No response from them on querying this (of course not!). PayPal's sloping shoulders are of no use either here.

Highly don’t recommend, poor customer service and they just take the payment.
I was notified of my 6 month payment through my credit card, nothing by email or through the app as a reminder.
I sent an email and deleted the app. Note when deleting the app there was no information saying to contact them first. they say because the app is deleted I can’t use the 6 months they charged me (or set up a 6 month account), and they won’t refund me.
The Worse customer service

As you can see by their comment they ask to be contacted before deleting the app. No where did it say that in the app

well planned website. Useful for all levels of cycling. Just giv me the weather to cycle and Im out there!

Great service from the team at cycling diet and the they kept me accountable so training was more consistent

Be aware they take your money when your 6 months is up but don’t let you know in advance. Sharp practice. If you delete your account post payment apparently they can’t/won’t help you with a refund (PayPal) even though they have all the details on the receipt I sent them. Completely uncooperative and cite T&Cs. Not sure these would stand up in a Court of Law and just because they cite them doesn’t mean their T&Cs are right. Actually the plan was good but in a cost of living crisis became unsustainable. My advice - eat less.

It's everything I hoped for and more. So easy to use and follow!!

Excellent training app

If I could give zero stars I would. I have tried canceling and requesting a refund to no avail. This service is a scam.

Would like to cancel my subscription. Sure wish there was a way to reach them besides email.

Just started the process and starting to see
results. Rite now I've lost 5 lbs. this first week.

I like the cycling plan, however I wish I could modify or actually edit my plan. Meaning having the ability to change the days I’d like to ride versus it being set for me.

I signed up for the plan 2 days ago. Cycling Diet took my money according to my bank statement. I never received a confirmation email nor was given any means of signing on to access my plan. Starting to think I got taken. I see there are several others on here with the same issue, Cheap lesson I guess….
Upon further investigation it has been determined that I and my fat fingers incorrectly entered my email address and therefore could not sign in. The Cycling Diet did nothing wrong and, in fact, went to great lengths to find the issue. Thank you Cycling Diet! I look forward to trying your plan.

Easy to follow. Tested the app and it does what it has to. A lot of choice of workouts and tracking as usuall. Will be using it, definately recomend!
