My rug was apparently left in my front…
My rug was apparently left in my front yard in full view without notification of delivery and someone forged a signature (as required for delivery)
I was actually home at the time of delivery and no attempt was made to to knock etc.
I am still without a rug and a considerable of money. The rug was also gift. Just so very disappointed

Kiri from castledine store was extremely helpful. Even delivered herself the large rugs. Help lay them down & helped with the furniture. Went back to get a long runner then went for another runner. Also, went back for a outdoor rug & ended up buying 3.

Never again
What went wrong? Everything went wrong! I ordered the rug online because I thought it was going to be fast, but you sent it through Amex courier service and I didn’t get it until well after I needed it. I had to contact the store in Harvey Bay and head office. I was absolutely disgusted with the Service Eventually I was told it would be delivered on the Saturday and then I was finally told it would be delivered on the Sunday. I would never buy any product from any provider who use Amer or RMX as their delivery service.

Do not order anything from Cyrus Rugs
I'm not really sure how Cyrus Rugs are still in business! Do not buy anything online from them. Their catalogue shows a large range of rugs, most of which are not available. I ordered a red rug that was available and when a cream rug was delivered 2 weeks later, I was asked for photos of the rug and barcode. I was then told both these red and cream rugs have the same barcode. So much for stock control! Of course the red version was now out of stock (how would they even know?) I was offered the choice of a different rug or ... a refund. I chose a refund and returned the rug. Here's where things turned very sour. No further communication from them, so 2 weeks later I called them and was told only the director can authorise refunds (really??). After leaving several messages for "someone" to call me with no response, I have complained to PayPal, requesting a refund. I have since purchased 3 rugs from a different online supplier (T&W) with no issues. Save yourself the headache and DON'T BUY FROM Cyrus Rugs.

Quality, service, and knowledge with a smile!
My recent visit to Cyrus Rugs in Rockhampton was an absolute pleasure, and I can't recommend them highly enough. We were impressed by the huge and fantastic range of rugs on display. It was great to be able to browse freely and take our time without feeling pressured.
What really made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. The salesperson was attentive and knowledgeable but never hovered over us. He gave us space to explore the options, yet was always available and ready to help when we had questions. He used his knowledge of our specific needs, including the fact that we have pets, to guide us toward the perfect rug. We ended up with a beautiful, high-quality rug that fits our home perfectly.

Browns Plains great service.
I was at the Browns Plains store and Damian was knowledgeable and friendly. Damian showed me exactly what I was looking for and very prompt service. I ordered the rug on a Monday and it was in store on the Wednesday.

Just Wow
Just Wow , Greeted with a smile, listened to what I was looking for , got shown many different styles, prices, textures and what colours work well and just gave great advice and information, nothing was to much, pulled down some samples and laid them on the floor to get a real look and feel for the pieces.
Went in for 1 walked out with 2 rugs and the second one was ordered from the warehouse while I was there in the shop and arrived within 2 days . Fantastic service
If you are looking for a rug do not buy one until you have visited this store .

The delivery driver phoned my number 4…
The delivery driver phoned my number 4 times to tell me he was parked outside my house. The first phone call I told him that there was someone home. This person would not knock on the door. After the second phone call I would not answer any more. He was rude and chose no to knock on the door. When I have paid for a delivery then you would expect some service. NO SERVICE FROM THE PERSON IN THIS TRUCK.

Expected a better quality finishi…
I had an expectation that the rug i ordered would be a quality item. There was no finishing at each end which makes the product look unfinished and likely to fray. Very disappointed in my rug.

Very unhappy with company's policy
I am very unhappy with the browns planes store, I was told that I could bring my rug back within 7 days, but was never told I would not get a refund or even a credit note for a future purchase. I felt I had to make a snap decision to purchase another rug so I would not loose my money. I will never return again and will tell everyone I know not to purchase from this company, I would rather go to bunnings, at least they do everything they can to make the customer happy.

June paid for Persian rug ,but unable to pickup from Hervey bay store. Sunday 6th July received phone call from Darren at store and explained recent hospital visit was reason not collected. Darren’s polite response was he would drop my rug to my address . Very good customer care and service!
