This is my reply to Daewoo about their Cyclone Freedom Vacuum:-
I'm not impressed! This vacuum is barely a year old and for such a small piece of plastic not to be replaceable is basically obscene. To make machine to be useable again would cost £20.00 and no doubt with extra funds for post and packaging and probably no guarantee that it would not happen again, is purely further waste of my pension.
This was the first Daewoo equipment I have purchased and clearly the last, the vacuum is only suitable for the tip, that fundamentally is £70.00 down the swanny.
Please don’t ask if I would recommend Daewoo, the answer lies with my machine, in the mire and my comments to be entered on their feedback system

I needed a new trivet for our Daewoo airfryer. I emailed Daewoo Electricals Sunday 26/1. As it was a Sunday I received an auto response, but on the Monday I received an email with the price of the replacement trivet & method of payment. I arranged payment & the trivet was received on Friday 31/1. Very satisfied.

Our Daewoo dual-drawer air fryer has suddenly stopped working. We've had it about 18 months, it's been lightly used - but now it has no power. Nothing. I can't recall whether we registered for the extra guarantee period - or even find the date of purchase (from Lidl). So it's now junk. Massive disappointment. I thought Daewoo should be better than this.

I ordered a microwave along with a kettle and toaster. On the delivery day, I was refunded for the microwave without any prior communication, as it was apparently out of stock. I emailed them to clarify the reason for the refund, and they confirmed it was for the microwave. Now, I have received the kettle and toaster but not the microwave, and I'm unsure where to purchase one now. Strangely, their website still shows it as in stock.

I purchased a compact pro hand held hoover several weeks ago & after very little use it ceased to charge up. I contacted customer services who were very helpful & sent a new compact pro out to me. Really pleased to have received the replacement as it is a super little hoover. Many thanks to all at Daewoo customer services!

I was very sceptical about purchasing an electric clothes airer but decided to give it go…I am so very glad that I did. It has surpassed my expectations with flying colours. I put my washing onto the airer straight from the machine (early evening) it was switched on for about 5 hours. I left it overnight switched off with the cover on (a must buy)! The next morning I checked the clothes and they were completely dry!! I would definitely recommend this airer and am sure you will be over the moon with it.

Convector heater included a warning that it should only be placed on hard floors not carpets. I consider this should have been stated on the website before purchasing not only on an insert in a leaflet after purchasing. No acknowledgement of this complaint from Daewoo .Heater returned, now awaiting credit.

Bought a halogen heater from a popular online retailer for the price mainly. Bottom wouldn't screw on, and heater kept going off. So sent back and thought I'd get a decent one from Daewoo (wasn't even much more expensive). Different story, good delivery, bottom fitted better, no issue with cycling on and off, and the overall quality was just.....better. Very happy with my purchase.

I can't recommend our Daewoo microwave highly enough. It is good value for money and works easily and efficiently. I also have a Daewoo Airfryer and I absolutely love that too. I will definitely use Daewoo for any other electrical appliances I need in the future.

Air fryer stopped working - contacted Daewoo as it was covered under extended 2 year warranty. Could not be happier with the prompt response and replacement fryer. Excellent customer service.

They refused to accept extended warranty (1+2) for induction hob because we have not registered within 28 days. The induction hob was a Christmas gift that's why we are unable to register on time. We were only late for a few days as well. Very inflexible company. Possibly no confidence in their own product? I never had any problem registering extended warranty with any other companies before. They usually just backdate the warranty or even honour it without registration as long as proof of purchase is provided.
Update - ticket number 189517
Update 2 - they have agreed to honour the extended warranty now after a negative review on trustpilot. I have update to 3 star for this but still not entirely happy with the customer service received initially.

I emailed the company as I have been trying for months to get a new water box for my iron. The service I recieved was fantastic. They got back to me so quick and sorted out a new one at a really good price. I will defo be looking for all my house hold appliances here as I love a company that has fantastic customer service and these guys 100% do. Thankyou so much
