Somehow it doesn’t seem to matter when I go in and select my meals for the next order, magically on Sunday it changes to whatever it wants. I’ve reached out and spoken with them, and the system hasn’t been corrected.

No response to late or incorrect order complaints.
Items selected are not delivered.

The customer support team is terrible. I have tried three different ways to contact them: emails, an online chatting window, and filling out the form on their website. But nobody responds to me.

And their website is really hard to use. I cannot find the first delivery date anywhere on their website. The "deliveries" tab seems only to show the upcoming deliveries, but it does not match the date I scheduled when I placed the order.

And their email system is also buggy. When I placed my order, the confirmation email told me that "Your meals will be delivered to you on Sat, Mar 19, 2022". However, Mar 19 is the date I placed the order, not the date I want my first delivery.

Horrible service. They sent the wrong order two weeks in a row, and did not respond to multiple emails and private messages. It’s a real shame because the food tastes amazing and fresh. They must not care about customer retention. I’m advising those who I recommended this service to initially, to stay away.

First order accurate, delivered on time and food tasty.

3. order arrived a day late.

It is pretty good tasting food, but it is priced high enough that I would say this is a 4/5.

Everything was fresh and warmed well in a oven( our microwave broke)

No support. No response to emails and messages. Duplicate orders were sent that included random meals I did not want and could not eat. Overcharging. Liked the food (the meals I wanted, not all) but had to cancel the service.

The Paella was VERY spicy. Paella is not supposed to be that spicy. The beef that I ordered had an pil on it that tasted like linseed oil. It made me sick.

One of my favorite food to order when I start thinking about my diet and want to keep the regime. I don't always keep it healthy and cooking for myself is still a challenge. So yeah, I'm happy to have this option. Great menu

Fantastic meals and service. Portions are right, food tastes great, the delivery packaging is art.

Great to have extra meals in the house. Ordered different ones for variety, and they all tasted good! And as if the food itself wasn't enough, I love how thoughtful they are with the packaging.

I'm loving convenience of healthy, delicious view delivered to my front door. The brisket is my favorite so far.

Kosher lunch delivered to your door - what else one could wish for! And it’s delicious! No, seriously! Surprisingly good taste!

Having a Mobile app would be great!

One suggestion: once a dish is added to the cart, would be helpful to have it marked as ‘already added” or something like that.

Great meals! I highly recommend. My favorite is the chicken burrito salad.

The food is excellent! I haven't been disappointed with a meal yet. Easy to warm up in the microwave, and KOSHER.

The food was really delicious and we really enjoy it!
