Absolutely wonderful company / shop with very understanding customer service. I had lost my ring I purchased from them and reached out to them to ask for a possible discount as I was quite upset about it. They offered to replace it for me for free which really meant a lot. Beautiful and meaningful jewellery too as I wouldn’t have been so upset if it wasn’t!
Will be purchasing again from them and recommending to friends/family.

Beautiful jewellery based on five items - love the minimalistic design. Fast delivery and excellent customer service. Really like there is an eco option in terms of packaging.

The customer service team are great. George was extremely polite and helpful. I had an issue with a bracelet and he offered me a replacement straight away. I have already received the package. I appreciate the effort made by George and the policies that Daisy have in place that allow their team to put customers first.

After an initial issue with the bracelet breaking the customer service team were helpful and swift in replacing and dispatching a new one all within the same day. No messing around, no real questions asked just efficient which is great to experience as a customer in this day and age.

I had excellent customer care after I omitted to order the box for the necklace I ordered plus I forgot to add the 10% discount. When I wrote alerting the team to this error, they immediately gave me the discount and added the box to my order. I was surprised and pleased with the response. Impressive. Thank you Daisy.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company. The customer service you receive is absolutely brilliant! I had an issue recently with a necklace that meant so much to me and could not be replaced. But thanks to the lovely George I now have something similar that I can wear close to my heart. I have ordered my jewellery from Daisy for years. Every Birthday and Christmas I hand over my wishlist to my family (sorry no shame) and Daisy never disappoint.

When my order arrived one of the items I received wasn’t what I’d ordered. These things happen and I contacted the Customer Services team - George was absolutely brilliant. The correct item was dispatched the same day, and I was told to keep the bracelet I’d been sent by mistake. Not only is the jewellery beautiful, Daisy’s customer service is fantastic. Thanks George!

First of all amazing Customer Service. Initially Romania was not part of the delivery options and when I flagged that the team immediately assessed the customs impact and added it. Second they did not have my bday in the database and when they heard it was my bday they granted me the 15% discount. So far one of the best Customer Service I ever encountered. Plus the amazing design of the jewelry.

Incredible customer service!! One of the best!!

Daisy offers beautiful range of jewellery with fast delivery. However, what I find exceptional is their customer service, specifically George. He has been beyond helpful, quick to response, very polite and managed to replace my faded rings swiftly.

Best customer service I’ve received!
After loving and wearing my necklace everyday for 2 years the gold plate started to fade. Contacted them to see if they offered repairs or re coating in 18ct gold and within 5 days I had my new necklace of the same model delivered to my house. George was so helpful and it was easy to rectify. Will definitely purchase from again knowing how they value their customers

I am so incredibly impressed with Daisy's customer service - not only are they contactable via Whatsapp, but George at Daisy responded so promptly, organising so politely a fresh anklet to be sent (under warranty which is also a super service). George has organised for the anklet to be delivered NDD and ahead of my holiday, so I can wear it then! Amazing customer service and amazing beautiful jewellery

I have a few pieces of Daisy jewellery which I absolutely love! But recently interacted with their customer services team for the first time and was overwhelmed by how lovely they are! The WhatsApp chat facility works really well and I spoke to an actual human being (George) who went out of their way to be incredibly kind and almost unbelievably helpful! I can’t say I’ve ever had a better customer services experience and can highly recommend Daisy London to anyone interested in high quality jewellery and fantastic service! A*

I hate to leave this review but I feel customers should be aware that this jewellery fades quite quickly. I have purchased 4 items from Daisy, a pair of earrings broke (gutted as I loved them), a bracelet I had had no longer than three months and that didn't come into contact with water, faded so quickly. I also have had the Estee Octagonal necklace for about a year and this has now stated to fade too. For the price the quality is not up to scratch. A shame really as the designs are right up my street, but I will not be buying from them again. Customer service has always been quick to respond and did offer me refunds on the broken earrings and and faded bracelet. Monica Vinader IMO is slightly more expensive in places but lasts a lot longer.

Having purchased numerous items of jewellery from Daisy over the years the service is always outstanding from quick delivery to replacing a stone which fell out of my bracelet with no hesitation! This is a one off as the other pieces are nearly 10 years old and I’ve worn them every day out on the farm! Daisy jewellery is beautiful and durable and stands the test of time, whilst still remaining timeless. I will definitely be buying more to add to the collection.

The product is perfect, and the customer service was also great. I do recommend the company.

My favourite jewellery brand. The quality and designs are excellent focusing on good quality materials at a great price. Daisy is much better than a more expensive and well known premium brand (in my opinion) that seems to use a lot of plating and coatings. This looks not to be the case at Daisy. I’m very particular with where I spend my money but based on the value for money and quality I’ve already purchased multiple times in a short period and will continue to do so based on my experience, the quality and the pricing as it is.
The customer service is also unrivalled. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with George who has been patient, quick to respond and lovely to speak with and makes you feel right at the centre of the customer care experience, with personable conversation; George kindly helped me choose and find my ideal ring and has set a benchmark for customer service, for sure!

I had an issue with one of my orders so contacted via email. I had a very speedy response and George went above and beyond to resolve the issue straight away! Thank you!
