Within a week of taking my money they seem to have gone out of business. Website down and no response to emails.

I bought this for my husbands birthday which was a bit risky, but Erika was so helpful and her choices were spot on. Would highly recommend giving it a go.

I've been using Dappad for 2 years and have done about 5 rounds of purchases with Erika. She has amazing style, gives great advice, and has access to really great brands that I wouldn't have seen when I used to shop blindly on my own. She listens to what I want but also challenges me to try new trends slightly out of my comfort zone, which I need. I highly recommend.

Erika provides a superior experience for menswear. I can't recommend her enough. What once was a challenging experience shopping w my husband for his clothes has been completely outsourced w Dappad. He receives countless compliments and always has just the right thing to wear whatever the occasion. Highly highly recommend.

I was skeptical at first, but the reality of Dappad exceeds the promise. The box arrived last week packed with great clothes and it has sparked so much thought and conversation already. Some choices were (personally) revelatory: I cannot stop smiling wearing the Womsh trainers and I’ve gone down a rabbit hole of sustainable denim that I may never come back from.

The frank, easy communication with a stylist made the experience a breeze, and their choices clearly evolved from the input I made. This has proved to be an unexpected beginning of a rethink around how to approach clothes, styling and sustainability.

For years I've loved to dress well but loathed the art of shopping. I then one day discovered Dappad which has for the past 3 years provided me with exceptional service, great looking clothes, and pure satisfaction. I'm quite picky with what I like to wear so it was to my amazement that Dappad figured out both my style and size from the very first day. The delivery service is fast, quick and easy. The quality of the clothing is amazing and my wardrobe has never been this stylish. Getting a box feels like Christmas day. I would recommend this to all 10/10!

I gently needed to encourage my partner to dress a little smarter...so gently pushed DAPPAD on to him...he also HATES shopping.

He loved the box - a stylish and classic selection of clothing and we kept pretty much the whole box!

We will keep on using this so he can build up a capsule wardrobe of clothing and continue to look smart in his appearance...

He was also very pleased he looked the best out of all his friends at the football!

My partner has just got a big promotion and needed an upgrade to his wardrobe - but hates shopping and going into anything that looks like a store! So, we ordered a box from Erika and are delighted with it. Michael is so happy with all his new clothes - raves about how comfy they are and is astonished at how perfectly they fit. But the best bit for him is that he has fabulous new clothes without stepping in any stores! Best bit for me...Erika has been responsive, thoughtful and incredibly easily to work with - plus has made my Michael look incredibly handsome in his new gear.

I signed up to Dappad a couple of years ago after seeing it on Dragons Den. I couldn’t be happier with the service! The clothes are always very high quality, a good fit, and from cool brands that I otherwise would not have found myself. Each box is carefully selected to compliment the other pieces so that over time your wardrobe is constantly evolving and being refreshed.

The service from Erika has been excellent since day one. She is very responsive, friendly and accommodating, and she really makes you feel that you are getting a personalised service tailored to your needs.

Mostly I have kept every item in the box. On a couple of occasions I’ve sent some items back. I live outside the UK so this could have proved a logistic challenge for a startup company, but Erika was able to turn this around very quickly, and the return service has been as smooth as the delivery.

In summary, high quality super-cool clothing, an excellent personalised customer service and a reasonable price given the premium nature of the product. I’d recommend Dappad to anyone! Many thanks to Erika and the team!

I love getting my regular boxes from Dappad. Erika always manages to put in a signature item that is very cool and backs this up with other, solid and essential items. I have been buying from Dappad for a couple of years and haven't returned a single item. The clothing is minimalist and high quality and there is a continuity that means that everything can be mixed and matched with prior purchases. Highly recommended.

Ive used Dappad for over two years now, and I’m really happy. They’ve opened my eyes to new clothes and styles I would never have tried before. I now have staples in my wardrobe for work or casual. I finally feel confident to do something a bit different. Thanks Erika and all the team!

Stole our money, wouldn't return despite contacting consumer affairs/ombudsman.

I had bought my husband a 500 pound voucher for Christmas thinking he could get some personal styling. There was absolutely no personal styling on offer and no variety of choice when he received his box of clothes. We kindly asked for a refund as this wasn't as advertised and the clothes sent to us were unacceptable and overpriced basics. Erika refused this was unwilling to cooperate or offer a solution other than going through their off season sale items. Please don't make the same mistake we did and spend 500 pound with absolutely nothing to show for it

EDIT: Re: coming back within a year wanting clothes, I believe that’s the point of buying a personal styling voucher, to receive clothes and personal styling?

My husband didn’t just ask for neutral jeans and t shirts, he listed a number of casual/smart casual items he’d be interested in as well as items he already owned expecting some styling around that and you sent the most generic beige box of nothing we’ve ever seen - we honestly couldn’t believe it when we opened the box, we have rarely felt such disappointment.

Yes you sent three emails to my husband, all of which he responded to with feedback and examples of different clothes you suggested which he already owned, in the final email he asked “Please feel free to suggest alternative looks based on the info I've given you so far?” And you did not even bother to respond.

This was the most expensive Christmas present I had ever bought my husband and I don’t know how you can live with the fact that we’ve been left with nothing and you still have our £500.

You offered a personal styling service and completely failed to offer any styling whatsoever, just generic clothes from a pile. The resistance and disdain we were met with when trying to actually get this service has caused real anxiety and trauma to this day, but I guess that is just a symptom of being scammed.

I have used Dappad now for over a year and I can recommend them without reservations. They are very friendly to deal with, not too pushy and keep my wardrobe looking fresh. I use them to buy both work clothes for the office and leisure wear. The quality and variety on offer has been great Very happy.

I've been a repeat Dappad client for a couple of years now and i'm a big fan. A slick service, well curated wardrobe and lots of compliments for zero hassle/thinking time on my part = a big thumbs up.

I also love what the business stands for, they are a fantastic bunch of positive female entrepreneurs with a great set of values esp around sustainability
