The response was quick and clear, easy to understand the process and the limitations of the process so that expectations are realistic. Recovered 95% of the data (photos) which was more than expected. I was kept informed of the progress via emails and phone calls. I was happy with the outcome and time taken, and although it was not a cheap recovery the photo memories were worth the cost. Would definitely recommend and use again.

My hard drive stopped booting up due to hardware failure, I sent it for analyse and they sent me back a report to view showing the files I could have recovered which were all still intact with dates times titles, I was unsuccessful in the second hard drive for data recovery due to over written.

My broken hard drive was collected and repaired within a week and I was kept up to date from start to finish.
I think it was expensive, but I did not want to lose the data, so worth it overall.

Got my failed drive files back because these were still on the drive and never deleted those files. Just could not get the drive to boot up start up due to drive hardware failure.

The customer service received from start to finish was really professional and gave me confidence in sending my item to them in the hope that they could recover my data. I could have chosen a local company but decided not to as they didn't seem as interested in helping me to resolve the issue. I was then kept up to date all the way throughout the process and was told when they had been able to access my data and likelihood of recovery. I was then given the option to decide if I'd like to go ahead and given all he options. I decided to go ahead with the full recovery even though it was going to cost me a lot more than I wanted, I was just happy they could access the data. My data was returned to me on a new drive and I had time to check it was all there, they called to ask if everything had been received ok and told they will delete the data backup once I'm happy with everything which I was. It was a costly problem to have but well worth it to know I had the priceless photographs and files recovered. Thank you very much!

Undeniably good customer service, no complaints however the service is overpriced. To recover a 1TB external drive cost me £1700 VAT inclusive! Others would prolly charge half the price!

Truly awful experience. I gave them a full brief on the hard drive issue including size of the drive and the files to recover and was told £350 was the fee, they would prioritise the job so the whole process would be 7-10 days. The reason we went with them was we were told we would also retain the file names and locations which when dealing with 1000's of files was a big win. 3 weeks later not 7-10 and multiple phone calls from me and failed return calls I was inform the job would cost nearly £1500 and none of the file names would be retained. now that's bad, bad enough for me to cancel the job and ask for my hard drive back. the package arrived today and they've sent me someone else's hard drive, I've called to complain but again have been told someone will call you back.

Not the cheapest, but extremely efficient in recovering personal data from a broken hard drive. Communicated well throughout, were extremely supportive and the turnaround was quick. Well worth the cost, as otherwise the data would’ve been lost.

Got the most important and sensitive sections of my hard drive back. It was an expensive affair but still worth it because these guys know what they are doing. My data wwas handled sensitively and they kept me updated with what was going on. Best recovery team around.

First of all, in the email they send, when they receive your item, they say they will diagnose the problem within 48 hours. However, they took more that a week to do that with my usb stick, and I was constantly chasing them for it. If I didn't do that it might have taken even longer time as they hardly call you back. Secondly, once they confirmed that they couldn't recover the data and had two options to return my usb: either via free post or recorded post I chose to receive it via recorded post (they sent it via Royal mail 24 tracked service which is £4.25, but charged me £15.00 for it). Lastly the most disappointing part is the condition in which they returned my usb stick. It was all in pieces, all the internal guts were out, the external covering was damaged, so I cant even put everything back together. I wanted to send it to another company to see if they could do anything, but I can't now in this condition. Overall I had a very disappointing experience. It is shocking that this seemingly big reputable company treats its customers like this. Stay away.

Excellent customer service, keen to try and solve hard drive issues. First conversation showed they knew what they were doing - technical information at the right level and upfront about likelihood of recovery. Sent off my disk drive, freepost, from a location they sourced nearby.

After time to work on the drive, admitted that standard techniques and repair methods weren't successful, quoted a price for a potential (because my hard drive had the click of death, it could be unrecoverable) recovery.

This was outside my price range, unfortunately, but even this news was taken with good graces. As promised, offered options for disposal or free return.

I now have my carefully wrapped disk drive back in my possession. Excellent if a user wished to seek other recovery methods. I plan to take it apart.

To recap, I've paid nothing but now know my HDD is outside of normal recovery techniques, and it's been returned to me.

Would use the service again!

Aside from the service rendered free of charge, I have no affiliation or endorsement with the company. It's just been an excellent experience when other data recovery companies will trap you into fees and costs to identify whether anything can be done.
