Tilasin UPS:in ja sain edullisesti hyvän laitteen.
Toimitukseen meni toki 17 päivää, mutta sen ymmärtää, koska he ovat täysin tukkurin armoilla.
Nyt tekoälybuumin aikana varastosaldo voi muuttua niin nopeasti, että tilauksen aikana se voikin mennä nollille.
Viestittely oli ihan asiallista tilauksen kulusta.

Lähettää ensin tuotteen väärin ja sen jälkeen ei toimita tuotetta, vaikka tuote maksettu jo aikoja sitten. Tuotetta pidetään väärässä paikassa eikä nähdä mitään vaivaa tuotteen saamiseksi takaisin, eikä edes yritetä lähettää toista tuotetta. Raha kelpaa, mutta tuotteen toimittaminen ihan mitäsattuu.

Olen aina ollut Datatronicin palveluun hyvin tyytyväinen mutta monesti todellisuudessa asiakaspalvelu mitataan oikeasti vasta silloin kun esimerkiksi tuotteen kanssa tulee ongelmia.

Otin yhteyttä 26.2.2026 takuun alaisen tuotteen ongelman vuoksi, vastasitte seuraavana päivän kertoen että korvaava tuote lähetetään vielä saman päivän aikana.

Eilen 2.3.2026 noudin jo tuotteen, erittäin hienosti hoidettu joten suuri kiitos Datatronicille !

Tilasin vain edullisen näytönohjaimelle tarkoitetun virtakaapelin mutta silti oli paketointiin panostettu, toimitus oli myös nopea ja ilmainen. Ei moittimista.

Tilasin 7. päivä OLED näytön, sekä telineen sille. Arvioitu toimitusaika oli 2-3 päivää tukkurilta, mutta muuttui nopeasti tilauksen jälkeen 4-6 päivään. Ihan ymmärettävää, kun tuotetta ei ollut varastossa heillä itsellään.

DB Schenkeri toimitti paketin 13. päivä, eli paketilla meni 6 päivää tulla tilauksen tehtyä. Ei tietääkseni hullumpi toimitusaika.

Ainoa miinus jonka voin antaa on se, että näyttö oli omassa alkuperäisessä paketissaan ja mielestäni ei ole hirveän hyvä, että ulkopuoliset näkee suoraan mikä paketti on kyseessä. Olisi hyvä, jos sen voisi jotenkin peittää tai laittaa vielä toiseen laatikkoon sisälle. : )

Loistavaa palvelua RAM takuun kanssa, valmistajan toimitus ongelmista huolimatta.

Ikävä nähda näin huonoja arvosteluja hyvästä firmasta. Toki pieni yritys että välillä voi kestää mutta hinnat todella halvat ja oman kokemus on ollut todella hyvä, aspalla hyvä tietämys yhteensopivuuksista yms. Suosittelen 5/5

Aivan järkyttävän hidasta toimintaa. Toimitetun rikkinäisen tuotteen palauttamisessa menee ihan naurettavan kauan. Kolme viikkoa kestää palautuksen käsittely. Asiakaspalvelu on välillä aivan olematonta. Useamman kyselyn saa laittaa ennen kun mitään vaustausta saa ja tässä tapauksessa ei vastata ollenkaan. Kyllä olisi asiakaspalvelussa paljon kehittämistä.

Tavaran toimitus oli nopeaa tehokasta vaikka itselle osuikin niin ikävä tapaus että emolevyn prosessori socketissa oli pinni vääntynyt niin tämä firma toisin kun useimmat muut vastaavat oli valmis korvaamaan uuden ilman kummempia vastaväitteitä.

Ainoa asia josta annan rakentavaa palautetta on se että kun yritin sähköpostitse tiedustella takuupalautustani niin en ikinä saanut tätä kautta vastausta ymmärrän toki että on ollu joulu ja sen aiheuttamat kiireet joka voi viivästyttää vastaamista.
Puhelimitse sain asian hoidettua. kiitos Joelille nopeasta toimituksesta.

Wow... Where to begin...

TL;DR version:
Only 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. Bought 5 products from Datatronic, of which only 2 were ultimately shipped. The others were all out of stock or unable to be sourced from the supplier, despite allowing >2 months for the whole affair.

Customer service was completely nonexistent and I had to be the driving force in every interaction in order to get answers/updates on what was going on. Basically gave them a no-interest loan for a couple of months.

Full version:
I live in Finland and am putting together a new PC. I used pcpartpicker.com (great site, do recommend) and they flagged that 5 of the products I wanted to purchase were available via Datatronic. As they were the cheapest, I opted to purchase from them. Big mistake.

On October 23, I ordered:
- AIO from DeepCool
- Motherboard from ASRock
- SSD from Kingston (Fury Renegade)
- GPU from Gigabyte
- Windows 11 install USB (in English)

And then I heard nothing...

Initially, I wasn't surprised as the order confirmation said that they didn't have some of the items in stock and would need to order them. Fair enough.

On November 15 (>3 weeks later), I emailed to ask what was going on. The answer I got was that they were having trouble sourcing the AIO from DeepCool and if it would be okay to replace it with a similar one from Arctic instead. I accepted this (and the compensation in price difference), thinking that would be the end of it. How wrong I was...

Fast forward to November 24 (>1 month after the original order date) when I contacted them again as I hadn't gotten a confirmation that the order had shipped. I was told that the SSD I ordered (Kingston Fury Renegade) was not in stock with a request that I accept a replacement from Samsung instead. Not being keen on that option, I declined and ask when they imagine it'll be in stock again. "In about a week", so I wait...

3 weeks later (December 17), I still haven't heard anything, so I contact them to ask what exactly is going on. They say that Fury Renegade is no longer available and offer me (a marginally worse) replacement product for the same price. On top of that, the Windows 11 USB isn't available in English, only Finnish (not my native language), which they offer instead.

Just being tired of the whole process (and conscious that it's already taken 2 months), I decide to accept the replacement SSD and declined the Finnish Windows USB (bought it from Jimm's instead, a superior store - ordered on Christmas Day and shipped before NYE).

The kicker to all of this was that the whole time, the same products they said were out of stock/unavailable were still for sale on their site. I could log on and create an order with the exact same items.

Long rant, but the moral of the story is: do _not_ do business with these clowns. They might be the cheapest on paper, but the few Euros you save will be offset by having to deal with their awful, nonexistent customer service. Just bite the bullet, pay a bit more, and go to Jimm's/Proshop/Verkkokauppa.

EDIT: Just read the reply from Datatronic. As confirmed by your customer service in our emails, I was never sent one of these "proactive" messages, but was rather the one who was forced to be the driving force in trying to resolve all issues. Rating stands. Would still give 0 stars if I could.

Ordered a PC case, and a M.2 on the 17th of December. Delivery was supposed to happen on the 23th on their tracker, but I received nothing, then I read these reviews, and I just get scared that I won't be seeing my order for weeks...

No update on the tracker, so I send them an e-mail around noon on the 24th. Time of writing is after closing time on the 26th, and still no update nor a response on my e-mail, and yes I know it's Christmas time, and yes I should of ordered earlier as this is a Christmas gift for a friend, but I was short on money, and based on their tracker it was going to be delivered two days prior of Christmas, so it would of been fine, but at this point the order hasn't even been shipped yet, and with New Year coming soon I am afraid it will take another week or two...

EDIT1: We called, and they explained that the wholesaler has some unexpected delays cause of the Holidays, and they will receive my order in a few days.

EDIT2: I've sent another mail, as I didn't hear back from them asking for a final date of delivery, as I'm done waiting around.

Sain ainakin tuotteeni ,vaikka se vähäsen viipy.

Tilasin kotelotuulettimet yli kaksi viikkoa sitten joiden piti olla varastossa ja toimitusaikana 1-2 päivää.

Vieläkään ei ole tullut lähetysilmoitusta, sähköposteihin ei vastata, eikä puhelimella saa kiinni.

Tilaamaani tuotetta ei ole. Sähköpostiini tilauksen perumista kosken ei vastata, eikä puhelimeen vastata…

Tilasin muistit kohta neljä viikkoa sitten, eikä tuotetta ole vieläkään lähetetty. Tilatessani muisteja nettisivulla näkyi, että tuotetta on saatavilla tukkurilla ja toimitusarvio oli alle viikon. Kaksi viikkoa myöhemmin muisteista ei ollut kuulunut mitään, joten laitoin sähköpostia ja kysyin asiasta ja vasta silloin minulle kerrottiin, että tukkurilla ei ole tuotetta ja datatronic ei osaa kertoa tuoteelle toimitusarviota. Nyt on mennyt melkein kuukausi ja muisteista ei ole vieläkään kuulunut mitään.

Edit: Vastasivat sähköpostiini, pari tuntia sen jälkeen, kun kirjoitin arvostelun ja ehdottivat muistin vaihtoa toiseen malliin, jota oli varastossa.

Ei mitään pahaa sanottavaa. Tilaus tuli kohtalaisessa ajassa. Jos jotain kehitettävää niin toimitusaika voisi aina olla hieman nopeampi.

Noin 3viikkoa sitten tilattu ja toimitus aika oli vissiin 5pv ja tuotetta oli netin mukaan kaupassa

Nyt liikkeestä vastattiin mutta edelleen epäselvää onko ram muistit tulossa vai ei ennen joulua olisi tärkeä saada

My order (ZEAUVJDIJ) made at 16th November
of 2025 has not been shipped yet! Three weeks have passed and no information. I cant even reach the company because both phone numbers and emails at datatronic.fi are not working. Is this a real company or a scam?

Update: order was sent 3 hours after I published this review.

Hyvä kauppa ja edulliset hinnat. Toimituksessa hieman kesti, mutta se on ymmärrettävää, varsinkin nykyään. Jos jotain haluaa salamannopeasti niin sitten käydään hakemassa jostain paikallisesta kivijalkaliikkeestä. Niillä vaan ei yleensä ole näin hyvä valikoima. Kiitos taas kerran!
