I ordered a dress, it took so long to come despite me checking the shipping times. When it finally arrived it was the wrong colour and terrible quality.
I reported this to the company who offered me a 10% refund to keep the dress.
They said despite the wrong colour being sent and the long time it took to arrive it would cost me at least £30 to return, when I stated I still wanted to return the dress they just ignored all my emails.
The dress is awful quality and a terrible fit nothing like the original photo - AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Fake site still not delivered. A ciat i paid for in November 2025 do not use this site

Ordered from here over a month ago and it’s still not been delivered, no dispatch notice, has it ever been sent in the first place. After contacting them “Lisa” said they had 12 working days to dispatch and no response to my other emails. I have asked my bank to do a ChargeBack, so fingers crossed this works. Scammers

Boots never arrived and no response from multiple emails sent. Do not use!

I ordered a pair of boots on 2nd Dec. I've received no tracking details or proof they have ever been dispatched. The company has taken £60 and not provided a product

A scammy company to avoid at all costs. They ship from china meaning that even though they say they accept returns they will never ever send you the return address. They will back and forth you telling you they're escalating it until 30 days has elapsed and then tell you that they're no longer accepting returns.

The fabric is awful. If you make the misfortune of ordering from them make a chargeback immediately.

Ordered over 1 month and nothing! They failed to even send tracking details. Looks like iv been scammed. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER

THEY SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE AND WHEN I TRIED TO GET A REFUND THEY WILL NOT DO IT. THE LADY WHO OWNS THIS LISA IS INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND KEEPS CALLING ME DIFFERENT NAMES. DO NOT ORDER

Ordered from here a month ago and it’s still not been delivered, that is if it was ever sent in the first place. After contacting them “Lisa” whether real or not can never give me a definitive answer on the whereabouts of the package, it’s excuse after excuse and when I ask for a refund I just get ignored. Scammers

Please DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company. I ordered leather boots from them for £60. They came but they are cheap, shiny plastic - disgusting quality. I know other people have had same experience - just read their reviews. They CONSTANTLY send same emails saying they will reimburse 5%, then 10% then 20% but they are acting against The Consumer Act 2005 by refusing to give me my full refund even though the boots were knowingly missold. They say I have to pay £30 return costs to China but that isn't true as they didn't come from China. This is blatantly wrong - I am entitled to have a full refund by law . They are stretching the procedure out so that their 30 day return policy will kick in. They say they never refund full cost even though it is my legal right. This company is operating an illegal SCAM. I can't warn you any more than this.

I bought boots on line £55. which didn't fit. Sent email for address for return , they reply say if i can send £9.80 for they to sent me another boot. I told no that i want my money back the quality is bad. No respond. I return to this address on website, sent email that i have return it the one Lisa replied that I have to redirect the package to no address. She didn't provide any address. the number is not working

I have bought a trench coat 2 months ago and still haven’t received and there is no policy or any person I can contact to help me

DO NOT USE! I have had the same bad experience! Paid £60 for a pair of boots that are fake leather and look nothing like they did online! I’ve been offered a 10% refund to save me the £20-£30 shipping costs to return them to China.
Scammers! Please don’t waste your money!

Return and Refund policy is non existent, the clothes are very poor quality and not as they look in the pictures. Don’t waste your time!

If I could put 0 stars, I would!!!! DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!! Such a bad quality product, deliberately deceptive.when tried to return, they are asking the buyer to pay at own cost to China, even though the company’s address is in the Netherlands.. Avoid this company!!!!

Inferior quality product, deliberately deceptive. Not arrived as advertised. Require buyer to return items at own cost to China, and refund 3 weeks after arrival in China, despite the company sending items from Europe. Davies Couture sends shockingly bad quality product, knowing no one will pay courier fee to China. Avoid this company.

Awful company. Took 3 weeks for two dresses to be delivered . Awful quality and don’t fit. Try to return and keep getting emails offering me 10% refund saying £30’to return and would take three weeks at least. Would avoid completely .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They sent me the wrong size boots that did not look like the photo on their website. When I requested a refund, I was told that I would have to pay for the return costs (shipping to China) which they estimated to be £20-30. Why should I pay for their mistake? They then offered me a 10% refund instead of sending them back, which they eventually upped to 20%. Ridiculous.

I wouldn’t recommend this purchase. The boots looked great in the pictures, but after waiting several weeks for them to arrive, they came with glue smeared across the surface.
While communication with the seller was prompt, their suggestion that I try to clean the boots myself was not acceptable for a faulty item, which quality did not reflect in the price.
They also refused to cover the return shipping costs to China, despite the defects. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before purchasing otherwise I would have saved the money.

SCAM, do NOT use. My experience was exactly the same as other customers; the boots I bought are very low quality, wrong shoe size, not leather, not knee high, basically not at all as described. They offered me a £6 pound refund on a £60 order to "save" me the trouble of returning the item at a cost of £30.
