Better than expected.
I had to wait longer than expected for the delivery as it was coming from China and was getting anxious as ordered shoes for my holiday, but was kept informed. They have arrived in time, and they do fit,which surprised me after reading some of the reviews. I have a fairly wide foot so am very pleased.
Evri let me down by not saying they had delivered them, and I found them in the recycling bin by chance,but that's nothing to do with Davis and Cooper. Their website looks like a British company ,which it's not but the shoes are fine.

Davies & Cooper is a SCAM.
Davies & Cooper is a scam. The products they sell are of inferior qualities and the sizes are different from what they say on their website.
I bought 2 trainers, the sizes did not match what they say.
Also, I contacted Davies & Cooper for refund, they said they can only give about 4% of my money back and that I will be responsible for postage and shipping of the Trainers.
Davies & Cooper as a company is a total SCAM!

Cheap and nasty Chinese factory, purporting to be a boutique in London
Waited almost a month for delivery of sandals. Supposed to be orthopaedic. When they arrived they were appalling . Cheap. shoddy and definitely not orthopaedic. I would never ever have worn them. They bore little resemblance to the photos on website. Packaging showed they were from China. Coukd not get refund. Eventually offered 15% money back. I was actually glad to receive this and put the whole experience behind me! Not a London company at all. Cheap and nasty!!!

Sadly the shows I ordered look nothing like the picture - cheap flimsy rubbish - trying to get in touch they have an impossible way to reach them so I will just have to put yp charity shop!

Very poor quality…
I ordered the Helen orthopaedic sandals on 22/8 and received them today 16/9. Aside from the misleading info suggesting they send by Royal Mail and purporting to be based in London the sandals are very poor quality, don’t waste your money! Complete scam.

This company should not be allowed to carry on selling cheap items which look nothing like the pictures shown. I purchased a coat and looks nothing like the colour, size, style,quality, on the website. Very unhappy with this product. Asked to return item getting nowhere fast. Terrible customer service – demanding a full refund
I placed an order on 31/08/2026 and still haven't received my shoes. To make matters worse, they emailed me on 14/09/2026 telling me that I need to chase up the delivery company myself.
Passing the responsibility onto the customer when an order hasn't arrived is completely unacceptable. This was my first time buying from Davies & Cooper Shoes, and it has been an appalling experience. I will never patronize this company again. I am requesting an immediate refund, otherwise I will be forced to dispute the charge directly with my bank.

This company are an absolute disgrace, I ordered footwear and still haven’t received them, Evri have lost them but the company say they are on there way back to them, they say I will get a refund less a process fee , this is an absolute disgrace, do not touch this company or Evri, company and courier need shut down asap

They cannot affect your statutory rights. Their products are terrible. Misssized. Their returns policy does not override UK law. They sell you and send you something that isnt what was described it is them who must refund and them who must pay for a return if they want the return.
After you have told them that you didnt get what you ordered (Cite "Section 11 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires goods supplied by description to match that description. Sections 19, 20 and 22 provide the applicable remedies, including the short-term right to reject non-conforming goods." "In particular, section 20(8) provides that the trader must bear the reasonable costs of returning rejected goods.")
And once they finally reject you - make sure you ahve photographic proof and reclaim the money from your credit cards. Eventually the card companies will stop allowing payments to this company and they will cease trading.

Company makes it look like it's in uk London but not untill you've ordered do you realise it's China took around 3-4 weeks to arrive fabric of dress was cheap & smelled chemical. Looking at refunds & return costs are expensive so no point in returning will give to the charity shop would not use again also another company looked exactly the same Wilson Carter prob same company so not worth send that item back either definatly would not use company again.
