I ordered 2 pairs of orthopedic trainers and I've got to say, they are spot on. Yes they come from china but I don't care as long as they are what I ordered. Excellent quality and fit. Took 14 days to arrive. I'm pleased with the purchase.

Came up miles too small was very difficult to return to China,(had to pay to return)so just gave them away.
Found the Company very unhelpful,will not be ordering from them again.

Wish I’d read the reviews! Wrong colour arrived, quality rubbish, not as shown. You will not get your money back, still waiting for replacement. Avoid!

Makes out the company is in the UK, no free returns back to China,
Substandard stuff

If I could give them a minus I certainly would - I ordered a pair of size 12 men’s orthopaedic slip ins - firstly they were mis-sized about size 9 or 10 at most - in fact they fitted my sone who is a size 9!!!! Secondly they were certainly NOT orthopaedic shoes - soft with no support almost like carpet slippers.
Cheap Chinese labour - they promised to replace them with the correct size - now NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM - I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND - NOW SILENCE - IVE BEEN CONNED YET AGAIN - DONT BUY FROM THEM

This company is 💯 NOT based in the UK, I ordered some swimwear for my holiday, then was going to order something else,but I checked before I placed any orders just to make sure they were in the UK they said they are based on Wembley, so I just thought I would check people's reviews, only to find they are from China, I would never order stuff from China due to poor quality and sizing issues,I literally ordered yesterday and have tried to cancel only to find out they have a 1 hour cancellation policy, on UK it's 14 days, they are now saying it's clear on the confirmation that it's shipped from Hong Kong, it isn't it's Royal Mail tracked service again leading you to feel it's safe as UK based, I have raised an immediate dispute with credit card company wish me luck, I hate being miss sold and miss lead

Wish I could mark this company even lower. Shoes never arrived and no response to my request for a refund, only a suggestion that I check my property to see if I have missed them. Yodel state they have been returned to the sender. Complete no, no, this lot. Keep well clear under any circumstance. They state that they have a UK address, but it is obviously a Chinese con which undermines other, perfectly satisfactory, dealings I have had with the country.

STOP do not use this company. They are a con. They should be banned by the government. They take your money and don't deliver. They are illegal! Buy elsewhere. Do not use this company. You will lose your money and get no replies. It's a con!!!!

Wish I'd read these reviews before.
More than two weeks and still waiting for my order. My two complaints have generated an automatic response within seconds of my mail - obviously computeer generated.
I tried to get a cancellation and refund but then read that cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of ordering!
What a con. Do not use.

Halter neck string feels flimsy under weight of heavy bust area, putting uncomfortable pressure on neck nape after short wear time. Disappointing finish.

Order good poor quality several e-mails sent poor reply goods ordered June. Terrible customer service still waiting for response.

Avoid this company , I wouldn't pay £1 for the shoes and they came from China me thinking it was a genuine uk company. Ignoring my emails so I've lost £25

Hi, I bought pair of sandals. When they arri Ed they were of very very poor quality.Informed their so called customer support ( ANGIE) who eventually agreed in writing to send a second pair to me free of charge. When I asked for tracking info 10 days after, Angie started being IGNORANT of the fact she agreed to send second pair out to me.the goods come from China. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM Davies & Cooper .Everything comes from china and they are not registered with Companies house in UK.they have 86% negative reviews on trustpilot which tells you everything about them. Don't give up guys/girls chasing them as I have just received a FULL refund.

Can’t comment on the tankini I ordered as I haven’t received it yet. They keep changing their minds about where it is. Yesterday I was told it had been delivered and today it’s on its way. Absolutely no idea who’s bringing it despite asking. One message said Royal Mail and now I believe it might be Evri. Ordered on 16 August. Never again!!!

That Review is well outdated, it is now 01 Sept and still no parcel despite numerous emails to the support team. Always an excuse, never the refund I have requested.

Fabric hand-feel exceeds expectations for this price point—smooth and breathable. Fits like a dream through the bust, though hem is generous for taller frames.

It took awhile to come from outside the country but arrived well packaged.
The shoes were exactly as advertised and fit well. Price is s competitive so I am very pleased with this company.

Oh dear....I don't like what I'm reading on here just now. I'm STILL awaiting some sandals...over due, given the time line by 'Davies & Cooper', whom I thought was a UK company, & that I was DEALING with such...seems the said sandals are coming a long way, from China. !! I've bought sandals this way before, but to be honest, the size was a bit small, for a UK size 5, & I ended up placing them in my local charity shop. At least SOMEONE benefitted...My daughter once told me, (but I'd forgotten this) to ALWAYS CHECK the REVIEWS, before ordering...!! I doubt I'll be ordering ONLINE, any more!!

I will not be ordering anything else from this company. Poor quality, wrong size, designed for a lady not a gentleman. Don't waste your money on Davies and Cooper.
