From going into the store at Eastbourne on a Sunday following our fridge freezer breaking down to delivery the service was outstanding.
The staff were all extremely knowledgeable and due to an unexpected problem disconnecting our old appliance the delivery team went out of their way to still deliver the same day, once problem resolved.
We have always used DB electronics and will continue to do so and recommend.

Replacement dishwasher supplied and fitted by DB the day after manufacturer confirmed guarantee was valid.

I bought a tumble drier via the website which was very misleading. It stated that there would be next day delivery (there wasn’t, it was a week and a half later) plus installation and recycling options. When the item arrived I expected the delivery men to take the old machine away AND to install the new appliance, they didn’t. This led to a series of phone calls which did eventually get resolved. I eventually had a refund for the recycling options, but this was very misleading and unnecessary. The company should really make their website clear in regard to these payments and options.
