I ordered the Cruiser which could easily be a toy for a child. It's junky, small and way overpriced. When I told them so, they refused to refund me because it was past a certain time frame. Shark Tank equals garbage.

I purchased a utility cart from the Amazon seller “dbest Products Inc” called a “Dolly Trolly” on the later part of April of this year and for a couple of months everything seemed fine. Suddenly I noticed that the foam handle started to disintegrate for no apparent reason as shown in the attached photo. I contacted the company and complained about the issue and I immediately received a response indicating they would look into the matter, then I waited and waited but no response, nothing just dead silence from them. After a number of follow up inquiries and receiving the same silent response I realized this was their “motus operandi” do nothing and wait the customer out until they give up. In that regard I would caution anyone considering buying from this company either direct or through Amazon and have any issues with the product they will most likely receive the same silent treatment I did, so buyer beware!
