I needed some shower wall & ceiling panels in a hurry. I paid for next day delivery & was unbelievably impressed with the delivery service which had live location tracking so I could see exactly when the items were due to arrive. The panels & beautiful & our plumber commented that they are some of the highest quality panels he has fitted. Price was great too.

Very pleased with the service. Very pleased with the panels and at a great price. Easy to order on-line and pleased with the delivery being direct from the DBS rather than third party, less likely to get damaged. Would recommend.

Saw the products online at B&Q but found I could order direct with DBS Bathrooms so I did . Ordered online , very easy , gave the measurements it calculated the number of panels I required also ordered trims to finish the job . Delivery tracked ,no issues at all from ordering to delivery , fantastic job looks very smart too !

I paid for delivery, but item did not arrive when expected. Email from DBS to say driver was involved in an accident two days before due date. This is the third company within 6 weeks to give this exact same excuse for delayed delivery (B&Q and Plumbworld were the others) so I am a bit sceptical if this is the genuine reason for delay!

Advised it would be given to a courier to deliver, but two days later still no closer to receiving my order. According to courier it is now being 'prepared for delivery' and DBS just advised that this is outside of their control.

If you require products in a hurry then I would suggest that you go elsewhere. I certainly will be from now on.

I have had the unfortunate need to use many product supply companies over the years and never found one yet that can come close to the professionalism, product quality and excellent customer service of DBS bathrooms, a special thanks to Caitlin for the prompt polite response to my enquiries, if you need anything for your home that DBS supply then you would be stupid to go elsewhere, trust me I know!!! I will return the next time I have need of great service great price and excellent overall service.

Poor delivery service and very poor customer service ,,
Parcel was brought off Amazon
£68 total the item was supposed to be delivered 29th may still no show Amazon account kept saying parcel running late and if not received by 3rd June then contact seller for refund , which I did , they then sent a picture showing it dropped off on my drive way behind the car in a unsecured place also not even a note to say the package had been delivered and its location ,
Then after a few messages that they won’t refund until I get crime number from police which I did this and guess wot still no refund ,, so I’ve told them keep the £68 that I’ve given them to help with retraining that’s needed in customer care and quality !!
BE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

A mistake was made while sending out an additional product the initial product was damaged and was quickly rectified once we called and spoke to someone

Ordered online samples beforehand and upon deciding which one I loved most put in an online order for panels and trims arrived in the timeline stated and all items in perfect condition ( no breaks / scratches) my bathroom looks amazing .

The company was excellent an staff was very helpful when I rang to order an had problem of being short (my fault ).
Delievery on second order was delayed but money refunded by company no problem . The product is excellent an easy to put up very happy

Excellent service and delivered on time, the products I ordered was exactly what I wanted without thinking twice, I would recommend using DBS bathrooms in the future and for those out there, you can’t beat better in price.

Somewhere in the distant past I must have bought something from them, I never agree to subscribe to marketing, it really pisses me off when the vendor automatically opts me in, so now I'm getting marketing bumf from them, in return have a 1 star review. I encourage everyone to use this approach to change their behaviours.

Items arrived quickly, were of good quality, I am delighted with my new shower panels.

Fast delivery and a quality product, the estimated quantity requirement advised was a little over, however on this occasion it helped and I covered more wall and it looks amazing.

DBS Bathrooms are always my ‘go to’ for shower panels/plastic trims when I need them for a bathroom/en-suite or cloakroom install. They have a great range of products which is also appealing to my customers when is comes to choosing the desired look. I highly rate the 10mm and 8mm panels and use them often on my installs. Price is very reasonable and delivery is also great. Would highly recommend DBS Bathrooms for their plastic products and will continue to use them for future installs/projects.

Have used DBS a few times & reasonably satisfied, hence the repeat business. This time due to it being a larger size delivery & needing someone capable of receiving it at the address, I paid for Next Day delivery. Despite being informed via text the evening before that it would arrive next day, the tracking the next morning gave me cause for concern as wasn’t showing as out for delivery. I waited until lunch time, then tried to contact the courier company (XDP) to no avail, so contacted DBS. They could only see the same tracking as myself, advised me that the couriers were running behind, so if it didn’t arrive that day they would issue me next day delivery refund. They also said delivery would then likely be Monday, due to it being a Friday. I asked if they could chase delivery & was told it takes them a few hours to get a response from the courier but would try to get back to me. I also explained at the time that Monday wouldn’t be an acceptable delivery, would need to be the Friday after so that someone could receive it & was told they would be able to work with the couriers to achieve this. A few hours later, still no delivery, no update on tracking and nothing from DBS, so I gave them another call. They said it was showing as not left the depot yet, they would issue the delivery refund & Monday delivery likely. I explained again that wasn’t suitable, they said they had the dispatch note, would let couriers know & inform me if any problems.

Monday morning I receive a text from XDP informing me the shipment was being delivered that day! Again I was unsuccessful in contacting them so back to DBS, to be told that they use an external courier, so couldn’t guarantee anything but would send an email requesting the delivery be rejected & hopefully it would be delivered Friday! I was also told that there was no way for me to contact XDP or their driver, nor did they have any access to message the driver either. It is important my neighbours aren’t disturbed, so this was also an issue if delivery was attempted. At great disruption to myself I made arrangements to be at the address incase of delivery, though not physically able to receive and manoeuvre it. They did indeed arrive and deliver on Monday, but thankfully was only part of the order, so I was able to deal with it. Would you believe on Tuesday, same situation another text from XDP informing me shipment due for delivery that day. Tracking was useless as the reference number was the same & despite saying out for delivery that day, the next entry was that it was delivered yesterday! I didn’t bother trying to contact them or DBS, as why would I? I yet again at great cost arranged to be at the address myself & to the drivers credit he managed the large shipment himself and was very helpful, he also informed me that it would have been with the driver yesterday but he had run out of room on his van! I hope this is the complete delivery, but am beginning to wonder if someone is playing a practical joke & tell me they are giving me the order for free for my troubles! Such as fear of losing job due to all the last minute arrangements or upsetting paramedic neighbours on shift work who need not be disturbed.

All of this could have been avoided with some organised honest communication, or if DBS simply offered the basic 3-5 day delivery, then I would have made different arrangements. I’m more than aware and appreciate the difficulty when dealing with external couriers, as I worked with this situation and spent a great deal of time securing couriers for a business that required specific levels of service. In this day & age to be unable to communicate well with a base or their drivers, I would suggest is not suitable nor acceptable. So I cannot in any good faith recommend DBS or use them again unless and until they can provide a suitable courier service. I don’t like leaving negative reviews & rarely do, but feel strongly about this, as I’m sure that I’m not alone in house renovations being stressful enough without extra unnecessary complications. I repeat, I know & understand delivery situations can be somewhat out of the product providers hands but communication with their customer is key & I shouldn’t have to keep chasing or to be told to hope for the best either!

Shower wall panels arrived promptly with company's own delivery driver, so kept up to date with arrival time etc. Product supplied was cheaper than on other websites.
