The first foundation shade I received was a bit too light and there’s an option on their website to either return the foundation or request a new one. I filled out a short survey about the color and when the new one arrived days later, it was PERFECT! Seriously. It is the exact color of my skin. The foundation is not hype and customer service is great.

Brilliant brilliant brilliant. Highly recommend Dcypher. I’ll be honest I was sceptical at first but thought I’d give it a go. The first order wasn’t quite right so I requested a free corrected foundation based on my feedback and OMG the new colour match was spot on! My foundation has never looked so natural. Also wanted to mention the first and second delivery came on time with no fuss. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

I was intrigued by all of the hype around this new foundation company so I took the online test. Like many people it appears from reading reviews, my first shade was far too light. The second shade was much closer to my skin tone. The only annoying things about the foundation is that whilst it covers well it doesn’t last all day , even using my grip primer and the foundation pump is rubbish. Every time I use it foundation ends up on the floor. Second colour match was good and really helpful team.

I tried the foundation in sheer. The coverage was good, but the shade was not quite right for my skin tone. I asked for a revision and a new order - which was a match - arrived within a couple of days. I was pleased with the final result and the customer service.

Fantastic service! First time in decades of wearing foundation that i have a true match (the ability to tweak the formula, shade and finish was wonderful & done swiftly). Only 2 improvements could make the offer any better: inclusion of high SPF in the formula and the availability of a similarly colour matched mineral powder foundation (bliss!)

I ordered the custom foundation and it was almost perfect but the finish was a little dry for me and it was just a tiny bit too warm. I filled in the adjustment form and two days later had a new foundation that is perfect! The fact they will adjust it for you and that you can choose from different coverage and finishes makes it worth trying!

The customer service at Dcypher is absolutely exceptional. They've been so helpful getting a shade which matched and finding a formulation that works for me as well. My first shade was too pale, but after discussing it with the team they had another colour made up which is great. It's just so refreshing to encounter great customer service and I believe this is the future of make-up which is matched to our own skin tone. Thanks so much for all your help.

Initially the shade of foundation I received was a bit dark, I explained what the issue was and I was sent another bottle, free of charge, which was a really good match

My first order was just wrong - colour match was way off. I emailed to say I wasn’t happy, received a quick reply to say they would fix it and they did - replacement arrived and is a very, very good match for my skin. Will definitely continue using.

Received two bottles and both were not a good match. Was invited to change again but felt embarrassed to ask for a third shade for free for that price. Too orangey and wore it once - everyone asked me if I had been sunbathing. Texture wonderful and lasts well on my face.

This is the best match make up I've ever had !! It came in just a few days in a nice box which came with royal mail {the best} I am very pleased with DCYPHER and will be ordering from now on.

Since lockdown I've been really struggling to find a foundation I liked and sat on my skin well. After two years of trial and error I came across DCYPHER on Insta and thought I'd give it a go.
The whole process is so quick and easy and it take the stress away with figuring out what shade you should pick. I love that you can pick what finish you want. I love a dewy glow to my skin so having the option for that was great. You can also choose the coverage you want which again is great.
Delivery was really quick and my foundation was a great match and I loved the finish it gave me.
For the price you can't go wrong and if you're not happy with the shade you can contact DCYPHER and they will make adjustments for free.

Was wary of ordering from these as I'd seen it as an instagram advert. However, I cannot fault them. Foundation wasn't quite right first time so I emailed them and they sent a replacement within five days! brilliant customer service!

The products were delivered the next day and I was sceptical when I read reviews I was burnt from ilmakiage before. However, dcypher chooses to take pictures so I thought it might be better. It's the perfect match. The consistency as well is exactly as I want it. It's not too heavy and it doesn't cake after a few hours. I'm a very happy customer.

Very easy to order and the colour match is very good. However I asked for a ‘radiant’ finish and I feel that the finish is too matte/powdery for me. I guess I was hoping for a similar finish to Estée Lauder Futurist but it’s not. The feel on my skin is slightly like that of a long wear foundation. I’m not sure I’d purchase again.

Great experience with dcypher, their system is very easy to use and works perfectly. I have tried many well known foundations and been matched in store but none have been as good as dcypher. The first match was just a bit too light but I filled in their email and I received a new recipe of foundation free of charge. What a fantastic service. I have also bought their brush set and they’re excellent. Thank you dcypher

Best foundation ive ever used, they are happy to tweak until its right and when it is its perfect, I have a couple for when I have a tan and when I don't
