AMAZING COMPANY & PRODUCT

The first item that I received was not quite right. Customer service was second to none. The replacement is absolutely perfect. Very happy indeed.

I was a bit sceptical of how good this would actually be, and when my foundation arrived I was worried it might me a little too dark for me but it is spot on. It turns out I’ve been wearing foundation that is too light this whole time! The process was super simple and the shipping was really fast. Highly recommend

Made my second order, after being very pleased with my first custom made foundation. The second foundation wasn’t a great match, so I contacted the customer care team and was put in touch with Vicki, who was so helpful. I explained what the problem was, and discussed what I would like. Vicki kept me informed all through the process of what the technicians were going to do, and when it was going to be dispatched. I offered to return the foundation that wasn’t a great match ( I’d been on holiday and now have a tan!) and was told that I didn’t need to.
I can honestly say I have NEVER used a company that has such an excellent customer care team!! They really do go above and beyond for their customers, I wish more companies understood the concept of ‘customer care’!!

Excellent service did the photo scan of my face and couple of days later my foundation arrived it was a brilliant match to my skin it goes on well and last all day I’m so happy to have found this company and will only be getting my foundation from here from now on

I have struggled over the years to get a foundation that is the right shade for me. What looks good in a brightly lit store looks the wrong shade later so I was very interested when I was recommended to dcypher.me. My daughter scanned my face and 2 days later a beautifully packaged foundation arrived.
I was hopeful but tbh I didn't expect the match to my own skin tone to be so perfect first time.
Plus the texture and finish are exactly what I want from a foundation too - light but with cover for when I'm at work - lots of compliments over the past couple of days. Thank you

I’ve been searching for a while to find a perfect match but also a product that sits nicely in slightly aging skin and most importantly lasts all day. Having tried several products that failed in one or more aspects this product is a triple threat, perfect in every point. I love it and would highly recommend

I used the drops and added them to sunscreen one day, primer the next - Beautiful each time. I have combination skin and this just adds pigment and what feels like a tiny bit of skincare. Beautifully lightweight and yet adds coverage and a perfect colour match.

I was intrigued to try Dcypher foundation as I have struggled to find a suitable match in the shops.

I submitted my results after the scan and promptly received my formula. It was unfortunately too light but I got in touch and after a rescan I received my perfect shade. I received excellent customer service, good communication and no hassle to me.

Dcypher is a lovely product it goes smoothly with no crease’s. The colour is a bit pale for me but I’ll keep it for autumn when I’ll be a bit paler.

I have been so impressed with the excellent customer service provided. I ordered a custom foundation and the colour was slightly wrong but was able to get an amended shade for free within a few days. Great price and excellent quality product! Highly recommend.

The customer service was excellent. Efficient, knowledgable and responsive. I had matched my skin tone but the foundation was a little too pale and dcypher quickly remedied this by adjusting the tone. It’s now a perfect match. Thank you so much.

I bought the My Custom Foundation and it is amazing! Since my holy grail foundation was discontinued a couple of years ago I have struggled to find a good colour match, let alone a decent formula. Despite seeing the very positive reviews I was sceptical, but turns out I did not need to be! Colour match was on point and the finish suits my skin well. I cannot wait to try some of the other variations. It's reassuring that if there are problems they will make adjustments for you. I have wasted a stupid amount of money in the past on unsuitable foundations. Would hiiighly recommend!

I love the colour and the coverage, sadly I took off a star as the heatwave turned the consistency to water so even though the colour and cover hasn't changed it is more hassle to put on as if I'm not careful I have it running across the back of my hand. I will buy again but remember to keep it cool during the summer.

I’m a beauty junkie & tried just about every foundation brand from Pat McGrath to max factor! (I’m just super fussy!)
The matching process was so easy to customise-and the foundation is just beautiful.
My match was pretty much spot on-however I did ask for several tweaks (as I do like a slightly more yellow base) which was so easy to request and it is now my perfect foundation & sent with no problems at all.
I am so impressed & will absolutely be recommending Dcypher to EVERYONE!

I decided to try Dcypher as they were cheaper than Il Makiage. The process of choosing your shade was thorough but easy. I've used it a few times now & love it. When I first used it I thought it was a bit pale but I left it a bit to dry (as they advise you to do) & it was a perfect match. Feels really light on my skin. Will definitely use again.

Great colour match and impressed at how easy it was to do… submitting three photos instead of endless questions. Only fault is the pump itself on the bottle is faulty.
However the customer service has been brilliant and i have been sent a new pump in the post.

Will definitely be using again.

I was a bit skeptical honestly. I'm very fair skinned with cool undertones and foundations are either too light (I look dead) or orangey/ yellow on me. I've used Estee Lauder doublewear for 20+ years but I've lately found the formula thinner & prone to sliding off, plus I'm between shades which is a pain.
So I did the colour match scan and ordered the Everyday Collection (foundation & drops). I have really oily skin so I went for full coverage & matt finish.
Within 3 working days my package arrived. They are nice glass bottles (although the silver plastic lids are really cheap looking), and the presentation is nice. You get a card with your custom shade on it.
I was surprised to receive full size bottles as I assumed you got a tester sample first. Anyway, the undertone of the foundations was just right, but the shade was a bit too dark (I did the scan in very bright sunshine & this might have given me a healthier glow than I actually have). It's wearable, but only if I've got fake tan/ bronzer on everywhere else, so no good for day to day/ winter. I dropped Dcypher a line and completed a quick quiz about the shade, and again, 3 days later my new foundation & drops arrived. These are perfect! I've *never* had a shade look so natural on my skin. The drops are great- I mix them with a mattifying moisturiser for a BB cream vibe. When I want fuller coverage, I use the foundation. This foundation is *really* full coverage and should be used sparingly, and also needs to be applied over primer/ moisturiser or it kind of sits in pores. I might go for medium next time. It needs to be set with powder and last as well as Double Wear, needing a touch-up every 4 hours ish (I use papier poudre for this).
Overall I'm really impressed. When I use the drops & moisturiser you can't tell I'm wearing anything at all, my skin just looks really even and healthy. The foundation I don't love as much, but I think that's just the options I picked. The colour match is absolutely spot on though, and the customer service is great.

I think i was given coverage drops I used vitamin E cream on both sides of my face with , primer & fizing spray amazing results!
