I don’t normally leave review but feel I must. I have been frustrated with not getting good coverage, or coverage that didn’t really tone in with my skin, I decided to give Dcypher a try. I bought the drops first.. amazing .. and then a few days after arriving I got the foundation and have NEVER been happier with a foundation product.
Great prompt service and communication as well.

The first colour was a bit too light but the undertone was spot on. I got in touch with them and they sent me a new bottle for free with my new shade. All they asked for was a few pics of the foundation that was too light on my jawline. Brilliant customer service and love the product! The second bottle was spot on and I can use the first bottle that was too light over winter.

I tried their customised foundation test and I was so happy with the results!! It arrived earlier than I expected which was fantastic and the result was amazing. I have tried a different brand's customised foundation and the results were not even close to my skintone, I'm so happy I found Dcypher.me!!😆

I really loved my shade, the finish is exactly what I wanted.
I've now adjusted the tone as I found my face too bright with cool tones instead of slightly warn.

I was really pleased to receive my foundation, which, as advertised, is a fantastic match for my skin, so much so that I keep having to look in the mirror to check! Coverage is great; I went for a radiant finish with full coverage, and you can layer as much as you need to. I have some red patches, but it covers them beautifully. I am really pleased with this and will definitely repurchase and recommend it.

I stood under a warm light for my photos and so got a very warm undertone initially that wasn’t me. I contacted, explained and got the perfect match back 10 days later. Cannot fault customer service and great product.

Unfortunately this foundation didn’t work for me, despite being so successful for so many people! I tried scanning my skin various times and got a really different result each time. Maybe it doesn’t work as well for medium- deep skin tones? Customer services were super helpful and did try their best to help me but in the end I didn’t get the match I wanted. I would still recommend this company and hope it works out for other people

Decent coverage just doesn’t stay on my skin all day. It moves around my T-zone even though I said I have oily skin. The match is on point just the formula is it right for my skin type

Just received my make up and it is amazing. It really is! I was sceptical until I read the reviews on here.
I thought give it ago, they will change it if it is wrong for free.
But it is truly my skin colour. A perfect match.
I got the foundation and drops.
All I can say is it is worth the try. I promise you you will not be disappointed! 😁😁😁😁

I purchased the foundation to see what it was like. To be honest, I didn't hold out much hope. I've tried various foundations and none of them were right for me. When this got delivered, my first thought was how quickly it arrived. I was so pleased because I couldn't wait to try it. Well, I was absolutely blown away! At 59 years old, I'd finally found a foundation that matched my skin perfectly!! To be able to scan your skin from your phone? Genius!! It was so easy to order and it was perfect. I won't be using any other foundation now. I've found 'the one'.

First foundation sent was not quite right. D⁹cypher tweaked it and sent another foc. Great service. I now have confidence to wear my foundation as it looks like my skin only better.

I was unsure what to expect from a foundation that claimed to match my skin perfectly from just a couple of photos, but I was amazed when it arrived - it is literally the most perfect match! I am not so keen on the smell, but the finish and overall look is so good. Expensive but worth it for sure.

Quick dispatch and colour of foundation and concealer perfect. I have one colour for summer and winter. Love the brushes as application is so smooth and effortless. Would highly recommend if you are struggling to find a foundation that matches your skin. Wish they did a powder to match.

Like a previous reviewer, I accidentally ordered several versions of the same product and the company contacted me to see if this was true. Most companies would have got on and fulfilled the order. Not Dcypher. I won’t go anywhere else now.
