REALLY impressed. I was a smidge sceptical it would as good as you think, but I was confident in trying, and wow. I am impressed! The colour match is excellent, and it is the best foundation colour-wise I have used/come across.

The customer service is also excellent; I was notified there would be a delay because a supplier has missed a shipment. They emailed and gave the option to either cancel, or hold on. I held on, and they sent some make up brushes as an apology.

I will definitely buy again!

I am so happy with Dcypher! The custom foundation looks so good on my skin! I was struggling constantly finding a good foundation. I have pores and acne scars and every make up looks cakey and weird on me regardless of the skin preparation. This is life changing for me and I am so happy I tried it. I am ready to order my next bottle! I noticed the price increase but to be honest for me it's worth it. My skin never looked better with makeup. Please create a concealer too!!!

The foundation it self is great, I love the way it looks on my skin and how it matches my skin tone. However my concern is the crazy jump in prices all of a sudden. When I brought this last week it was £34 (which I thought was expensive, but competitive with other brands and the fact it matches my skin perfectly I think is reasonable) and now it is jumped to £42, which I think is getting quite expensive. I also have seen it was £28 a few months ago. It makes me wonder when does it stop? And how loyal I can be to a brand which yes the foundation is great but the jump in price doesn’t seem justified.

So I got enticed by an advert for Dcypher. I took the skin scan and saved my results and then did a bit of searching around at real reviews and videos, when I took the scan, the price was £34 for the foundation and I have an email to prove it. Within 2 days the price is now £42; an £8 price hike!! How does that make sense? (No promotion was applied previously that was just the price). And after reading one review, I found that at that just a few months ago, the foundation was just £28. That’s quite the price hike considering the time frame and has really put me off this brand if I’m honest.

Firstly this is a great foundation - colour matched perfectly and I was impressed with the customer service as I had originally ordered the wrong formulation (for oily skin), however they quickly sent me the one I wanted with no requirement to return the incorrect one even though it was my error.
The only reason I have not given five stars is that the pump is terrible. It’s really hard to get out just a small amount and it squirts in all directions - on several occasions I’ve had to cut bags my top because foundation had squirted backwards and landed on it. I actually completely ruined one of my favourite cream tops as I couldn’t get the foundation mark out of it.
If they could just sort the pump situation out then it would be perfect.

The best foundation I’ve ever used! I don’t often wear makeup and when I do I like it to look natural and minimalistic. I saw Dcypher foundation as an Instagram ad and was intrigued - I’ve not looked back since. It’s so simple yet genius! No time faffing trying to guess your shade or colour match - it’s literally my skin on a bottle. I also ABSOLUTELY LOVE that you can customise it - I went for a medium coverage with a glowy finish and it’s perfect. Thank you Dcypher ❤️

I’d read the reviews for a few months before deciding to give it a go. I placed my order, and was immediately advised due to volume of sales there would be a delay in shipping, which kept me informed. It turned up a few days later so not long to wait. I’m really pleased with the colour and coverage, a perfect match 😊

Saw ad on Insta and the day before I'd run out of foundation so decided to give it a go, even though I thought it sounded gimmicky and wasn't convinced. However, I ordered the full coverage foundation and the shade match is perfect and the coverage is excellent, and so easy to apply. I've used foundations from £10 - £75 and I'd rate this as one of the best, perhaps even the best I've ever used (I've only used it twice so far, so don't want to definitively say it's the best just yet! Boots No 7 is also excellent for a slightly more budget friendly option.) I'm a little more unsure about the drops I added to my order, but I'm sure I'll get better with them. I would say that the colour match is perfect for my skin coming into the winter, I think for the summer months I'd redo the photo when I have a bit of a tan! But I'm extremely pleased with the product and will definitely be a repeat user.

I bought the foundation and foundation serum drops. The first delivery was the perfect match to the lightest shade in my skin tone so technically it was a perfect match but after wearing for 3 days I felt it was just a shade too light.
I contacted customer services and answered the questionnaire and a second set with the adjustment was dispatched to me. I didn’t even need to return the first set.
The second colour really is a perfect match to my colour right now. I chose the medium coverage and natural finish foundation which is beautiful. The serum drops are versatile and add more coverage or can be added to sun screen or moisturiser for a lighter finish.
Customer service is brilliant and I would recommend the process very happy with the results. I can now clear my makeup drawer of all the mismatched foundations I have bought and not used.

The first match via AI was too light and flakey. However, Dcypher put it right immediately. I sent a photo with the original product on, they sent me a free adjustment and it was perfect. I'm 52 so changed to radiant which solved the flakiness as the other was too dry for my skin. I usually have to make do or mix 2 shades - I've never had a match like this one - like my skin in a bottle! Thanks Dcypher

I was sceptical of how a quick online thing could the match by a real person in department store beauty counter. How wrong I was, perfect match at first attempt. Coverage as I wanted, very impressed.

Slow delivery but clear communication regarding this.

I ordered some foundation from Dcypher after seeing some adverts on Instagram and some good reviews here. Don't usually get my makeup online without shade testing first but the reviews were so good I thought I'd give it a try.

Used the skin shade analyser and took a photo by a window without makeup on in natural daylight and requested my shade. I'm black so when the shade arrived more of a mixed race tone, I knew looking at the bottle it wouldn't match but tried it anyway and it didn't. Got in touch with customer services and they offered an exchange to the right shade or a refund. I opted for an exchange because I did want to see if they could match my shade. They dispatched a new shade really quickly after I sent another photo and although it was a slightly closer match unfortunately it was still a couple of shades too light so I requested a refund.

I just wanted to leave a review because their customer service was AMAZING. They responded to emails quickly, they were apologetic when the shades didn't match and when I returned both bottles after requesting a refund and showed proof of postage (which they covered the cost for) they issued my refund extremely quickly. Great company and although I'm gutted they couldn't find my shade (not sure if it's just harder to match darker skin undertones via photograph?), I'll maybe try again in the future.

It took a couple of attempts to find the perfect match, but the company kept trying until they got it right, and I’m absolutely delighted with the result.
I prefer a light, natural coverage, so I purchased the drops which I mix with my own moisturiser.
I can’t recommend the company and the product highly enough. I’ve finally found my holy grail foundation after years of trying and a small fortune wasted.

My skepticism was justified when the first foundation arrived and it was SO pale, I thought it was a mistake and had been accidentally sent to the wrong customer. The adjustment process was simple- I provided more detailed feedback and a new foundation arrived, but still not right. I'm beginning to wonder how so many customers seemed to get such perfect matches, yet mine was so bad. I decided not to give up and asked for another adjustment with more detailed feedback, and finally, I think I have something that works for summer when my skin is darker; the previous adjustment is close enough to use for a winter foundation when my skin is paler, so it might be a double win!

Really good! I thought I’d give it a go based on reviews and wasn’t disappointed. The first foundation that arrived was too orange, but CS were super helpful and the second one sent to me (for free) is perfect. Coverage and finish are exactly what I wanted. 11/10 for an internet purchase you should take the gamble :)

Wow! what a great foundation. I’ve brought and tried so many over the years from cheap ones to really expensive only to be disappointed. As I have gotten older my skin has changed and I have more visible pores which are always more prominent when wearing foundation until now. I am truly shocked at how clear and smooth my complexion looks. I’ve visited various makeup counters in department stores trying to get a foundation to match my skin tone but I’ve never found it until now. The match is incredible and I will definitely be purchasing again. Additionally, the customer service team are amazing

Fantastic customer service from Vicki and the team. My foundation was a little too dark but the re-make is absolutely perfect! I love the texture and coverage and now that the shade is right, I’ve found my perfect foundation. I have been searching for years since my previous one was discontinued by one of the big brands, so I’m so happy now!

Was a little sceptical but I have to say I’ve been amazed. I normally spend a fortune on Lancôme products and this foundation is better. A perfect skin match, no caking and looks like my own skin. Would highly recommend.

Good product and amazing customer service. As cheesy as it sounds I can’t speak highly enough about their service. They tweak the product until you’re satisfied and nothing is too much trouble. Product arrives quickly and correspondence is effective and fast replying. Brilliant. Well done to this company!

I have so many bottles of foundation that are not quite right, I tried Dcypher based on the reviews, my foundation arrived but was a little pale for me, the cover and finish was lovely, I contacted Dcypher and they tweaked the colour for me, I’m so impressed, it goes on beautifully with medium coverage, the finish I chose was radiant, it’s just beautiful. Highly recommend. 5 ⭐️
