Someone tried to hack my online banking for 9.36USD when I had never seen or used this site before. Only the fact I have my bank linked to a secure number or my account would have been hacked by this site

This is the biggest scam I’ve ever encountered. I needed to cancel my order I sent an email to SUPPORT (they have no other way of communication). The email was unanswered for 3 days. By the time I received a reply they told me it was too late to cancel. I will NEVER use this site again. They’re almost CRIMINAL. Shameful.

BUYER BEWARE of My Monster Deals!

I placed an order with My Monster Deals. After ordering a product from their site, I was presented with many confusing add-ons, the exact nature of which was uncertain. After clicking on one, wanting to investigate the offer, the add-on was automatically added to my order and I was charged, I was not given a chance to review my order and it automatically went through. I could not find anywhere to edit my order on the site. I immediately emailed customer service before they opened for the day asking that this order be cancelled. With no response that day, I sent another email to customer service the next morning before they opened. At the end of the next business day and immediately after the order was marked as shipped, I was sent a response saying that the order had shipped and I would have to go through the return process for a refund. I requested that the company provide a return shipping label as this order should never have shipped. They instead informed me that I would be monetarily responsible for the shipping charge back to them and that shipping to me would be deducted from my refund. If I had received a timely response and the order had been cancelled in the 2 days it took to ship, this would not be an issue. Over the course of this issue, customer service was slow to respond, unhelpful, and negatively repetitive with their responses. 

In addition to customer service, I reached out to another email provided in a promotion sent out by the company. I never received any response from this inquiry. 

After further examination of the company, My Monster Deals has 9 complaints and has 100% negative reviews (6 negative, no neutral, no positive) through the Better Business Bureau. The company has terrible customer service and tricks you into spending more money than you intended. They then make the return process difficult and drawn out to turn people off from taking the effort to return the items. 

I would strongly recommend against shopping with this company. It is a SCAM.

I recieved the product (eyelashes), cut open the bag, took a look at the product and realized it looked nothing like the lashes in the video. I had also ordered the applicator, which was not in the bag, but yet I was charged for it. I asked to return it and they said yes and then found out later that I would only get a partial refund, which was a substantial amount! what kind of customer service is this? It's deceiving! I find them to be cheaters of the publics trust in actually expecting to receive what is posted in video/online. DON"T BUY FROM THESE CHEATS!

I'm trying to unsubscribe from daily emails that I didn't ask for and don't want. Confirmation is given that you've unsubscribed but still they keep appearing. I really do not need this rubbish clogging up my Inbox and can't find a way to stop it.

This is the worst site I have ever come across. Do not deal with them.

Bought a men's supposed to be leather belt when it was delivered very disappointed ! Not as shown thinner and I am sure it's not leather tried to get some sort of customer support but no success !! Steer clear 😡😡

Do not waste your money. I have been completely ripped off, and I am being refused a refund when I never received what I had bought. The customer service guy called ALEX is completely obnoxious and unhelpful, and extremely unprofessional too.
I had used this company previously but I never will again, so in the long run, they have lost out on a lot of future custom.

Have contacted firm on numerous occasions to complain about non-delivery of my order--have also tried to get in touch with merchant supposed to supply the item with no success--will NEVER do business again

i got the milk and bamboo vinegar foot mask. DID NOT WORK. had Chelsea reach out by email. i had emailed looking for a tracking number so i would know when to expect it. Chelsea, who was very sweet, stated there are no tracking numbers as they send things regular mail, to save everyone money. she was nice about it all. i got the envelope within days and it was sent from TN.
i emailed the CONTACT US from MYMONSTERDEALS.COM this morning. I will see if I get a response. i am thinking i will email Chelsea back and see what she has to say

I cannot get the contact page to work. I've ordered goods and I'm not receiving them. What's going on? They should also provide a direct e-mail or telephone no. They did credit me once after facebok, but they never responded properly,and I can't use that credit on a £6 item so I've to pay again.
Pretty horrendous. Will I ever get to use this credit! Will my goods ever turn up? I'm still waiting.
The other website deal companies are much better. I think in total 3 items have not arrived.

You are a pile of crap saying that credit is the only option. Order cancelation and refund is impossible I want my money back as I will never order from you again

I bought an iPhone from them and they sent the wrong colour of one. I followed their instructions and sent it back right away.i then had to get in touch with them to ask if they had got it and they said yes, no mention of a refund or anything till I pushed and asked what was the next step. That department said they could only refund me the postage I paid to return it because I demanded it back. They said it would be in my account that day but nothing after about 4 other emailed they asked me for proof so I sent that off 4days ago and still haven't got it back, all that time I've been asking for a refund for the phone, I've send about 14 emails because there's no phone number (now I know why). I'm out of pocket by about £160 which is a lot. I had to save up for that phone for my daughters Xmas now I don't know what I can do to get the money owed to me? They're just ignoring me

I am disgusted . I am owed 20 pounds...I returned a faulty item weeks ago and have not been reimbursed...and never received an order I paid for ...please don't use them

Bought Mystery Box on deal Monster and got the chepest product advertised of course. 2 of my friend did the same and we all got the same thing. This is a scam

Dealmonster Voucher purchased on 05/08/2016 money taken from my bank account 05/08/2016,by mighty deals, no email re delivery,no response to numerous emails requesting refund,i have today sent one more email and will be contacting the ombudsman monday morning ,BUT i think the next step will have to be court to get my £258.99 refunded.
An awful experiance in purchasing a dealmonster voucher in good faith online and no communication or explanation

I ordered insta relief on 5th Aug was told be up to 10 days delivery I'm still waiting for delivery 18 days later I have emailed and they have replied each time no tel number to speak to someone they've said they sending me replacement order have to wait see if that arrives means longer waiting time.

was sent email saying item out for delivery on 18 May.
Opened ticket for non delivery on 28May.
Still waiting for resolution.
Last contact on July 18 said Liam would get back to me in 48 hours.
guess what, it's now 4 August and nothing.
As I said - shambles company.

Ordered a Venice trip in error - thought next page would give more information not take an order.
Informed Dealmonster/MightDeals straight away, as stated on their website. The promised 72 hours to reply took over a week. Then told the money would be refunded and would take 5-7 days. Nearly three weeks later from that, and nearly a month since the start of this fiasco, and still no refund. Sent innumerable emails to which no one ever replies !! Totally unacceptable. UPDATE . Eventually got my money back but not without stress!

By mistake I ordered a voucher for some wine, realising my mistake I immediately e mailed customer support asking them to cancel the voucher and credit the monies to my bank account, no response. On Friday 17th June using the companies customer support system I again requested the voucher cancelled and the monies credited to my bank account, no response. I have today sent the a letter advising they have 14 days from today to return the monies to my account or I'll take them to court. I have never in my 71 years encountered a more ignorant and uncaring company, I certainly won't buy anything else from them.po
