Still waiting for my order after nearly 3 weeks
Emailed the complaints and they are an absolute joke, waiting days for a reply and not bothering to get back to me! You ordered coffee pods for my new machine and it states allow 10 days, I ordered on 19th may and still have not received them. Well disappointed and will not be using that s*** site again... Not received a refund and product has not been dispatched!

Appalling
Bought a glamping experience, to then ring the company to discover there were no dates available. I then requested a refund from deal monster and got told I would have a reply working 72 hours this was over a week ago and have attempted several times to contact them. Massive con delaying their reply, if I'm going to get one, so they won't have to refund after the 14day period!

Dealmonster voucher codes
Be cateful when purchasing vouchers from Dealmonster. They seem good offers but as I found with vouchers for Brandvillage you can only use one voucher at a time and you pay postage on each item so it works out more expensive. Dealmonster can only be contacted by email but replied to me saying basically to contact company as vouchers valid. This was easier said than done as they don't answer phone. Dealmonster have small print on coupons my advice is read carefully multibuys cannot always be done and ordering +postage per item can be expensive.
