I have just taken delivery of 5 no Seville pre finished oak doors. The whole process has been excellent and a big thanks to the delivery driver who kindly put the doors in my garage. Just have to unpack and inspect.

I ordered 3 oak doors on Monday 21st…
I ordered 3 oak doors on Monday 21st September from Beatsons and by the 24th they were delivered by Deanta. I was kept up to date with delivery times and the doors were delivered in the time slot provided. The driver was very polite and he and my husband put the doors into in the house. I checked the doors over and everything was as it should be. If I ever need doors again I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Very easy company to communicate with.
Their driver, Clive, was prompt, polite and helpful.
Tracking system for delivery was excellent. Arrived right at the start of the allotted time, which was very helpful.
The doors are well packaged and protected, only just arrived so not checked other than first visuals.

These doors are great (Ely Oak), the driver was so careful with them. I accidentally ordered to my Mums house which is half a mile away, when the driver called and said he was at the house I knew I’d made a mistake. He kindly brought it to my house and said it was “no problem”. Couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Bought top of the deante line ironmongry and what a waste of time, avoid like the plague, what rubbish design, it’s a faff to tighten, the small are bolts (which keep coming loose every 3 months) the bathroom locks don’t work smoothly, would have been better if I went to Poundland and bought my handles and locks from there. It has been a nightmare to deal with, would not use them. The locks jam and handles fall off and we have been locked in our own bathroom because the thumb turns are so stiff. Should stick to only making doors.

Awful experience with Deanta Doors
Awful experience with Deanta Doors. All these doors are manufactured in China and take months to arrive in Ireland. I ordered 11 doors. 3 Smaller doors and 8 Regular doors. The 8 regular size doors have arrived in 2 deliveries (4 week lead time but arrived after 8 weeks & 13 weeks) , most of them that i have received are either water damaged or are damaged from travel. This was highlighted (including images) to them and they have not done a single thing about it. The remaining 3 doors were on a 16 week lead time (ordered in March) but instead I have being informed that it'll be February 2027 before I get them. Almost 11 months of a lead time on 3 basic doors. Doors are not manufactured in Ireland or UK. Its poor Chinese quality manufacturing if I'm being honest and we are removing all doors we have received and changing to a different supplier.

The delivery man carried the doors into the garage.
Only criticism is the size of the lorry hinders deliveries on narrow roads/lanes and onto driveways.
