They were ok, if I missed a payment without notice mine and mums phone would blow up with calls from them which was really annoying but I guess it worked since I would rather make payment than deal with debt negotiators on the phone. When I started with them I was under a lot of stress from money problems so it was good to have someone organise a debt agreement for me rather than doing it myself or paying back debts with interest. Have learned to be more responsible with money through this experience anyway

Thank you helping me through a difficult time when the banks weren’t intrested in helping me get through my financial trouble but I found your services online and applied and I was quick and simple was told what was going to happen every step of the way could have been more helpful it’s a pity the banks aren’t as easy to deal with. Rudest, most arrogant group of self-serving people to date. On a few occasions, I contacted DN, I received arrogance in the line, suggestive, that this person held a position of, "Because I can" ie treat people like dirt, based on the position you are in, I had no recourse, as it was upper management at that time.

From the start it was like a heavy blanket being lifted off. An answer to getting rid of all those cred cards and a personal loan. The repayments way under the ones I was paying and not borrowing any more was good for us. Now 5 years later its all paid out with the easy direct debit system . Thank you for giving me back the power to budget.

Doing business with debt negotiators was one of the best things I have ever done. They were very helpful and my debt if multiple credit cards is now finalised. Without them I would still be paying them off and probably getting nowhere.
