The processing was really fast! They were able to negotiate to the creditors to lower the total money owed further. The fortnigtly debit is always on time and on the day. I have not encountered amy issues yet with this.

I am very pleased with the overall service, my consultant was very friendly and knowledgeable and went out of her way to help. All contact with the team has been worthwhile.

My main reason for not giving five stars is the original fortnightly payment went up from $150 to $200. Still affordable however it kinda just happened with a comment that this was more realistic. I was pretty much invested by now and felt it easier to say ok to get the process going, after all I had debts that needed paying 🤪

All in all, I am in a much better financial situation and am happier for it.

Great to work with although confused about how it conflicts with my credit score particularly if it was paid off earlier or mis-communication with explaining it correctly and understanding how that process works apart from that great and helped tremendously.

Besides the fact that you will come under the bankruptcy clauses, for future investments, it will be one of the best option you'll ever choose to help you manage your unexpected financial pressures.

Life changing experience.The debt was on top of me mentally and physically. Once I got approved and sent my bills in a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders.I could finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Best phone call I ever made
