Great company to deal with

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life.
They take forever to respond to emails.
When they do respond, they don’t read the emails clearly and ask you for the information you have already sent them.
When you ask them to do something they either don’t understand what you’re asking or they do and they don’t care because they will do something completely different.
Anytime I get a customer service rep on the phone. They say they’re new or it’s their first day. These people have no idea what they’re doing.
They are infuriating to work with.
I am more stressed and aggravated now than I was before I started my proposal.
I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to this company. They are absolutely useless and frustrating. Wish I could go back and do my proposal with another company. Beware.
