I am totally atvthecmercy of a bank. I must see an employee of the bank about my debt, A mortgage. Plus other matters. I am 82vyears old. And don't know the beginning of what questions are pertinent to a neetingcwith a bank employee who us hostile. And here I am not knowing my head from.my backside. I'm at a loss.

I just got into consumer proposal and my account manager is Sharan Kaur. She was such a delight and made me so much at ease and helped me feel comfortable during the whole process. I am so glad that she was in charge of my account and she was my first point of contact. She listened to what I had to say and handled accordingly to my needs.

I am still in the middle of payments but the process was such a breath of fresh air. Every step of the way everyone that I interacted with was clear, friendly and always happy to help. They always went out of their way to make me not feel alone and answered the million questions I had. Now I am done with the counselling which gave me great tools for budgeting and left me with a manageable amount to pay.

I was very reluctant to call, as debt is a scary situation to deal with and talk about , but Sean Jerry has been and continues to be amazing at guiding and supporting me through this process. Thank you for easing my mind of this heavy burden I know it’s not an easy journey to go through but at least I don’t feel alone and I feel I see light at the end of the tunnel.

Lucas made my experience great by explaining and helping me understand all my options. I already feel overwhelmed with life and he made it all as easy as possible. He was very professional and kind.

After speaking with Parshva, I felt a sense of satisfaction of being understood and in caring hands. Parshva has the knowledge, expertise and answers to all your inquiries, he gives you his real attention and works diligently to make you feel comfortable understood and heard he listens and gives you the right satisfactory response in time. I have not seen or met him in person but have a great positive image of his ability to understand the importance of trust which only comes by honestly reflecting your care for the person in need. I am confident that he has guided me and done the best for me.

Parshva was very keen to help me from the very beginning. According to the information he collected from me, he explained what was best for me. So, I was then able to do what could help me achieve my case rightfully.

Parshva Shah was professional and experienced, Parshva never made me feel like i had failed at my obligation to the creditors and was very kind and considerate, it is/was a pleasure dealing with Parshva through this matter and really appreciate his guidance. My only disappointment is that my file will be handed off to another agent and I wont be able to continue to deal with Parshva, I wish he could handle my case all the way through, I was very comfortable dealing with this kind understanding gentleman!
