What a sad case an affairs. As a senior , on disability, with long Covid I entered into a CP with Andrew. After making everything sound good and things taking off good, I advised them that with the inflation rate, gas prices, medical costs, rental increases, pet insurance increases, parking fees, and other costs of living and being specifically told that if I was having difficulty paying the CP payments that I could just let them know and they would reduce the payments. Well surprise surprise that everyone should know. They lied! After explaining that I was having trouble paying the fees instead of acting on my behalf with creditors they just said that unless my income had decreased I wouldn’t be eligible for a reduced payment option. So on a fixed income of disability and the price of living costing more I’m force to go to the food bank, pick bottles in the alley, and apply for assisted suicide. Thanks to this company !
They paint a pretty picture but beware. They’re the same as CRA and can not be trusted. You’ll end up on the street dealing with this company

I had so much anxiety when I first called and afterwards my anxiety calmed down after speaking with Mohammed. His calming manner and his patience made me feel at ease. He is a wonderful person to speak to and is very knowledgeable which made the process easier for me.
