Cannot recommend Evelyn enough! Went to debut for my first tattoo and she did such an incredible job. I came with a rough custom design and she tidied it up and made a brilliant stencil which she then tattooed perfectly. Everyone was so friendly and I would definitely return for my next tattoo.

Loved everything about my experience getting a tattoo! I was quite indecisive and everyone had a lot of patience with me and the outcome was perfect for me. I was also slightly nervous (nothing to do with getting a tattoo, I’m just always nervous), but everyone created such a welcoming and positive environment.

Was a lovely studio, good vibe & great music, everyone was really welcoming and chill. Will definitely be back for another tattoo!

Went to debut studios for my first ever tattoo and felt so welcomed. Evelyn was really kind and helped me figure out where to put and position the tattoo, reassured me, got excited with me, and overall just made the whole experience wonderful! I hadn’t booked, walked in on a Sunday afternoon and had a chance to look through the teams work! Everything was so clean and tidy and you had a great view out the window too! All in all, a wonderful experience and would highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience with Luca for my tattoo. Flawless from start to finish. The studio is amazing especially with the views of Manchester whilst being tattooed.

The bad experience continues!
After my less than good experience with their ‘iffy’ pricing (see my previous review) I ran into problems with the tattoo of a small oak tree I had done by Alex Lloyd at Debut Studios in Godalming on my forearm in November. The lines on the tree trunk scabbed very heavily and I suspect that it was tattooed too deeply, as nearly eight weeks later while the rest of it has healed OK this part is still pink and milky looking. Now that the rest of it has healed it is clear that there are also parts where the artwork needs to be improved. I emailed Debut Studios twice in December to ask politely for a follow-up appointment to have it assessed and re-worked but received no reply. I’m guessing this may be due to the fact that I had pointed out at the time that I was being overcharged. When I had the tattoo done Alex said that it was really important that I was happy with it. This clearly is not the case, as he would have got back to me by now. Any good tattooist will offer a follow-up (usually free of charge). In fact any business should be willing to correct a problem. Not to even reply to my emails is unacceptable and unprofessional.
