I ordered a pair of dumbell plates 2.5 kg each through online but the guy in Kalamassery Decathalon in Kochi send me wrong item ( they send 2.5 LB of two dumbell each .They don't know the difference between kilograms and pounds). I went to the store in Kottayam.The staffs in Kottayam store are really helpful and friendly.They helped me to get the refund.I ordered the same item online again and this time can you believe it they send me the same wrong item again .After lot of run around finally Kottayam Decathalon store helped me to sort out the issue and I bought the stuff from the kottayam store.I just wanted to bring it to the attention that the people incharge of taking the online orders at Kalamassery,Kochi Decathalon apparently no clue about what they are doing.Thanks

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor after-sales service I received for my Triban RC520 road bike, which I purchased from Decathlon in March 2025.

Recently, the brakes on my bike suddenly failed. I understand that mechanical issues can occur with any product, and I am not raising a complaint simply because of the brake failure. My major concern is the way my issue was handled by Decathlon’s Cycling Maintenance Department.

When I approached the department for assistance, they were not helpful and, most importantly, they did not even properly inspect or check the bike to identify what had gone wrong. I was extremely disappointed with this response, especially from a brand like Decathlon, where I expected reliable after-sales service and technical support.

Due to the lack of assistance from the maintenance team, I was left with no option but to get the bike repaired from an outside service provider. This was both inconvenient and frustrating, particularly when I had approached Decathlon expecting the issue to be diagnosed and resolved by your trained technicians.

I request the concerned management team to look into this matter seriously and review the conduct and service provided by the Cycling Maintenance Department. I would also appreciate a proper explanation as to why my bike was not inspected when I approached Decathlon for assistance.

I have been a customer of Decathlon with the expectation of receiving dependable products as well as quality after-sales support. Unfortunately, this experience has fallen far short of those expectations.

I bought a fold-down rack online. Though the delivery was quick, it is impossible to book the offered installation service. The website is awful & the automated so-called AI agent (or whatever the heck it is called) totally useless & just keeps repeating suggestions that do not resolve the problem at all. Called the nearby store & they said they could do nothing for online purchases.

Awful Experience ... I have used Decathlon for several items previously.
I only needed some trouser cycle clips!
The online voice telephone robot is hopeless; it cannot understand the simplest command.
I then managed to get through to a human agent, Rakshit, who was helpful, but suggested I go to the website to update my details.
The website would not take my up-to-date tel. number nor address, defaulting back to Bangalore and not finding my standard address. Called back but call disconnected
I went back to Amazon.

First of all there is crap user interface. I clicked "+" sign to add quantity 11x and NONE of the clicks registered. I didn't realize that before placing the order. So I placed the order and then another for the missing quantity of items. One order was useless without the other. So I see one of them is delayed. I create a ticket and someone calls me to ensure me that "ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THE SECOND ORDER AND IT WILL REACH ME PROMPTLY". So naturally my second order is cancelled and I have second part of my order, now useless, on my way to me. I wrote over 20 emails asking for the order to be cancelled. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN INDIA. BAR NONE. I write please cancel my order someone replies "we understand your concern and we will make an effort to EXPEDITE your delivery". Or "your order has already been cancelled" referring to the other order. In Decathlon India order numbers are for no purpose whatsoever or nobody there can read them. So naturally the order has been delivered and it was now my problem to go through return procedure, make a label, organize pickup etc. NEVER, EVER, BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I ordered in first week of July and order was out for delivery from 9th Onwards. And this is when the nightmare started. From 9th till 12th July, everyday the order was out for delivery and then in the evening I used to get "not delivered because customer was not reachable". in these 5 days, I spoke with your support team 3 times, and also wrote facebook post about this. The delivery driver used to receive the calls in the morning, used to promise that he will deliver today and then he will never receive my call through the day nor deliver. A very poor service from Decathlon and their delivery partner. Would not recommend anyone to order online in future.

I have been ordering from Decathlon for the last 12 years, and this is the first time I have experienced such a pathetic level of customer service. My return was initiated 10 days ago, but no one has come for the pickup, and there has been absolutely no communication or update from your team. This is extremely disappointing. I placed my order on 1st July 2026, with an expected delivery date of 5th July. The delivery was then postponed to 7th July, but it still wasn't delivered. After waiting patiently, I contacted Customer Care on the evening of 7th July and requested that the order be cancelled due to the repeated delays.

What was even more disappointing was receiving an SMS on 8th July stating that the delivery had been "attempted more than once" and that they were unable to reach me. This is completely false. I never received a single delivery call, SMS, or visit from any delivery executive.

Delays can happen, but providing customers with inaccurate reasons for non-delivery is unacceptable. I expected much better service and transparency from Decathlon. I hope the company improves its delivery operations and ensures customers are given
