They made a mistake with my order (sent one of my items to someone else) but responded to my request to make it right. They shipped the second item quickly and apologized for the mistake and delay. That’s good business.

Online Purchase
Got my hard to find toilet parts on line from them. Luckily I was able to determine on my own which (model, etc.) ones I needed, but I think they can help you out if you cannot. All came in the mail just fine, with no issues.

Ordered a Toto toilet tank
I dealt with Brian at Decorative Plumbing and want to say that he went above and beyond in customer service.
He was professional and pleasant to talk to. I needed a Toto toilet tank, and he found the model I needed and gave me a very fair price. It was less expensive than the local plumbing suppliers I had looked at. It arrived as scheduled.
I would highly recommend Decorative Plumbing Pros,
and if your lucky enough to get Brian you'll see what I have stated as being true.
