Javier, I wish you would have given us time to correct the issue before leaving a negative review. You requested that we convert the files to a different format. That is a manual process that requires a person to review the files, convert them to the requested format, and send them to you. We did that within a few hours of your request. I regret that you posted this negative review so soon without giving us a chance to fix the issue. We did ultimately send you the files in the new format as requested, so it would be helpful if you updated your review to reflect the fact that your issue was resolved within a few hours.

Good service
Good service, but a little confusing on bens.
I wanted a deed the house to my children, but in the interim my spouse to live in the property until his death. neither lady bird or life estate filled this need. There is a need for this when couples are divorced and remarry and one owns the property

I found this site by accident
I found this site by accident. I am so happy that it was easy. Not saying that I understood everything immediately but there was literature and a video to explain. After completing the form, paying then printing. I found that the title of the document was different than what I thought I was getting. I clicked on the "live chat" explained my perdicument. They found my document made the title to what I needed it to say and sent the corrected form to my email. I will use them again.

MY OPINION...
The interview process of DeedClaim was great and that's why I chose this particular product. The interviewer asked if i were utilizing the document to remove a name from a deed. I selected yes! Interviewer never inquired as to what name to remove and such was not represented on final document. I moved forward with document under an assumption 'all is well'. Fortunately, the DeedClaim was viable and sale transaction now appears to be moving forward. Due to confusion resulting from my expectations as it relates to 'what name to remove' is why I chose to refrain from rating this product with five stars.

If you know what you want
If you know what you want, this place makes it very easy. The finished product looks very professional, but I haven't yet had anyone look it over or tried to use the deed or get it recorded. I don't think there will be any issues from what I see in the finished product. I am glad that I used deedclaim and believe it was worth it.
