Ordered dumbbells almost a month ago,haven't received them yet. Sent an email, never got a response. Would like the dumbbells or a refund. Lot of money to spend for nothing.

I ordered a dumbbell set and it’s been 5 days and it still hasn’t been shipped and no response to emails and both phone numbers are bogus.I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card company and I fiercely discourage anyone from doing business with this company.

Very deceptive. Makes it look like you get a set based on wording in the descriptions, and the fact that the former price was $400 and now it’s cut in half. They also gave us 2 tracking numbers when it shipped so we thought we were getting a set. Both tracking numbers delivered but just 1 item. Tried reaching out to customer service, no response. But they have no problem sending 5 marketing emails a day.

False advertisement of set when it’s a single dumbbell; no response when reaching out to return and refund item

DO NOT BUY! I tried to cancel my order from the get go, and couldn't get in touch with no one, tried phone, email. The product that arrived it wasn't what was promised and not in the timeframe needed. since there is no reply I have initiated a dispute with my credit card to see if I can get somewhere. At this point all I want is to return the product. Please someone contact me about this matter.

Service includes order clarity. Product, dumbbells pictured as set of two when only one intended for sale. This was improper and deceptive advertising . I will not buy anything again from this company

Don't buy anything from this company! They misrepresent product (illustrating two items and sending only one) and they NEVER respond to calls or emails. TOTAL SCAM!!!

I purchased a dumbbell "set". Pictures included a pair of dumbells and the description used the word "set". The order stated it would ship in 10-15 days. I did not receive any shipping notice after 15 days so I emailed and left a voicemail the next day. After no response, I reported it to the credit card company the following day. A day after reporting it, I received the shipping notification, and the package arrived about 5 days later. The price seemed slightly better than other sellers for a pair of dumbbells. The package arrived with only a single dumbbell. Way overpriced for a single unit. I reached back out asking to return the product for a refund. Still no response after a month.

I loved the idea of this product. BUT I think the one I received is broken!! I don’t feel a thing. My husband tried it and also felt nothing!! I am so very disappointed. I want to send it back. How do I get a return label. I really need help for my neuropathy. I thought this was going to be my “go to”product!! HELP!!

Highly disappointed that your website lead you to believe you’re getting a pair of dumbbells when in actuality, you’re only getting one. As I stated earlier, I could’ve got a pair of bow flex with clutches that are much easier to turn for $40 more than a pair of these. I’m highly disappointed in the fact that your website is a slightly misleading about this. Not to mention, it took forever to ship.

The weights we ordered were faulty right out of the box. I attempted to return the item, but received no response from my emails. I am left with weights that do not function properly and $200 less in my bank account. Please do not do business with this company!

The dumbbells they advertise are regularly priced $400, and they show a 50% discount making you believe it’s a set of dumbbells but it’s actually only a single dumbbell they sell for $200. It’s been weeks and nothing came. They never respond when I try to cancel the order. I just called my credit card company and did a charge back. Problem solved. Totally scam company

I placed my order on January 23rd and it was supposed to be Anniversary present for my Husband on March 1st. Today is March 7th and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE! I have emailed this company 3 times and have not gotten a single response!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A RIP OFF!
