I was in the hospital when my mattress was delivered. My daughter was there to give them instructions. She said the deliver persons acted in an exceptionally helpful way.

Uzair made my experience great, Mr. Trustpilot Robot Thingy. I couldn't see whether delivery.com had received my order and I was concerned that my order would be lost in cyberspace, except, of course, for the payment. Folks always seem to get your do-re-mi, even when they are mysteriously incapable of giving you your goods. Uzair called the store, verified the order, and gave an accurate estimate of delivery time. I could rest assured that the goodies would arrive. All thanks to Uzair, the best darned customer service rep at delivery.com. Thanks, buddy. Ringy Dingy, Ringy Dingy. What's that I hear? Unfortunately, my last order didn't go as planned, due to an issue on the restaurant's end. However, I must commend the delivery.com team for their outstanding customer service. They handled the situation with kindness and resolved the matter to my satisfaction. I truly appreciate their efforts and professionalism.
TERRIBLE COMPANY
TERRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT USE! THEY SCAM YOU AND THE RESTAURANT AND DON'T ACTUALLY SEND DELIVERY DRIVERS. THEY TOLD THE RESTAURANT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE A DELIVERY DRIVER AND BLAMED THEM FOR NOT DELIVERYING MY FOOD!
Meanwhile the restaurant had to send one of their bussers to walk all the way to my apartment when that is not his job, just to bring my 2+hrs old dinner. Delivery.com continued to blame the restaurant and only ever offered me a future credit to use their service again, which I will never do.
Before I knew they were falsely accusing the restaurant and I asked for a discount due to the late arrival, they only did so if coming out off the RESTAURANT's income, not their own. They are literally out to scam you and scam the restaurants. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!
Delivery.com works until it doesn't
Delivery.com works, until it doesn't. They will eventually randomly reject an order. You will receive an email claiming its fraud, and freeze your account. They additionally blame the credit card, saying it was declined. (the credit card denies this, saying they approved the charge) After multiple emails/calls they will unfreeze your account.
Then, when you place a new order, using a different credit card, they will reject the order and freeze your account again. No one is available to speak to that is involved with the random "fraud detected" process.

The agent was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. He spoke slowly and very clearly. He went to great lengths to locate my order, which I could not find. Great customer service.

Half my order was missing and I wasn’t given the option to receive a complete order. Sheesh I mean I understand mistakes happen…. Refund took a bit but good they offered it. Not sure if the delivery service or the restaurants fault. Most likely will not be ordering from this service again. Much better pizza and wings available for the price. Costco has better pizza. Would be 0 stars if I could.
