scammers! I will never do business with them again.. I bought jeans, they sent me the wrong size, I took a return, they refunded me $30 less.

Responsive customer service, attentive to my inquiries and accommodating to requests. I would definitely be shopping from Denimio again for future denim needs.

My first order with them and I had a very good experience. Customer service was very helpful with some doubts I had about sizing. Shipping was incredibly fast (ordered on a Friday shipped on Sat & here in Europe on Thursday!). All prices are lower than here (sometimes 1/2 the price). Import tax and customs are not a problem (see at checkout). I am giving 4/5 because most sizes are not in stock, and their sizing chart resulted quite inaccurate.

I had a great experience with Denimio. There are 2 things which stood out.
First - Exceptional Customer Service. Folks from Denimio team are always available and very helpful. You can reach out to them through online chat or email. In both the channels, you always get a great helpful and informative responsive. I really like that fact that even their warehouse team, went above and beyond. They reached out to me to confirm certain details before shipping. All in all a great customer experience.

Second thing I want to mention is that collection available on the Denimio site as well as very competitive prices. Especially when it comes to Japanese denim they have a huge collection and they’re the first to bring in any new launches.

I would definitely recommend Denimio to anyone and come back for more.

Customer service is second to none. Really responsive and professional. I have ordered two pairs of TCB jeans from them so far and both are fantastic quality and great value for money. Slight sizing issue with the second pair but that is in process of being sorted out thanks to their stellar customer service team. Look forward to more purchases in the future.

My first choice of clothing online store and happy to see more female picks. Quick CS response and follow up. Although I would prefer the old version of website even that was not perfect. The browsing experience has no improvement after got its upgraded and it would be better if I can choose language and currency by myself.

The few times I had to return something the team was quick to respond with comprehensive steps making it easy to return.
The selection of clothing is great as well, with options that some popular heritage clothing sites lack and with legitimately unbeatable prices.

Efficient, very courteous, always reverting and following up, reliable and delivery is always punctual. No need to mention the quality of the product they sell. I bought 5 items from their outfit and I have no complaints.
