I bought denims from Denimio but one of my purchase and another purchase took a long time . In between I asked to customer service many times without buying anything but they always explained and help me the things I want to know really well. this is what I really love about Denimio. on top of that , they have really fast delivery service and the price can be flexible when it ship . Here paying tax for goods is killing me and Denimio flexible price ease my pain. I'll be getting more and more from Denimio.

Denimio is the best website for Japanese denim lovers. With a wide selection of quality and latest denim. Don't worry about the price, because it is the cheapest of the others. Buyers don't have to wait long to get the purchased denim. By using the delivery service that the best is not a problem to get your denim by excluding extra fees like customs. The very friendly staff make Denimio the best online buying platform I have ever dealt with.

La ou mon avis diffère, c'est les mesures de jeans. Pour ma part j'ai eu une mauvaise expérience. 4cm de différence par rapport à ce qui est affiché et un refus de remboursement du retour. L'expérience m'aura couté seulement les frais de port, me direz-vous. Sauf qu'ils s'élèvent à 22€ à l'aller, 25,75€ au retour + 11€ de frais de douane. Ca fait cher payé pour un jeans dans lequel je ne rentre même pas une jambe à cause de l'erreur de mesure. Quasiment 60€ jetés par la fenêtre.

I ordered a pair of jeans from Denimio a few weeks ago, but they were unfortunately the wrong size. There were a few hiccups on my end in getting the jeans exchanged in the correct size (I misread the instructions and did a straight return instead of an exchange), but customer service was super helpful in making sure I got the jeans returned and reordered in the right size. They even helped me reuse the first order discount, since the order I returned was my first order. Also, the jeans themselves are excellent quality and fit perfectly. They're already my favorite pair of jeans; now I'm just waiting on the weather to cool down enough to wear them!

I bought this unique piece two weeks ago from denimio, which is really great (texture, colors, fit, construction, everything is perfect). I've never worn anything like this before. I am 1.77m, 81Kg, chest 44" (112cm) and it fits really nicely. Also the denimio support team (I only know Nick's name) was there immediately for any question or wish I had regarding the delivery of the parcel and in general for the whole process.

Amazing experience with denimio. I ordered a pair of Oni jeans, and denimio had more competitive pricing than other stockists, and also has a lot of items in stock.

I also have used their chat function to ask any questions or concerns I had, and to my surprise they have a representative there from what it feels like always. I also had questions on other items not listed, and their customer service reps got back to me as soon as they got an answer from the manufacturer. Definitely a 5 out of 5 experience.

I have purchased various Japanese Denim items from Denimio, including FOB Denim Coal Miner Shirts, Studio D’Artisan Denim Work Shirts, and Graphzero Drop Needle Herringbone Jean Jacket and Jeans. The experience was excellent, ranking 5 Stars in product satisfaction and customer service.

Customer service was really great. The Denim itself was awesome (as expected). I was just a little disappointed though that they forgot to hem my jeans as I requested. They processed a refund for my hemming service irregardless, and the process of which was no hassle.

I have bought over 15 pairs (mainly ONI) over the last 5 years and shipping has always been very quick. Sizing was very tricky at the beginning and their custumer care was very helpful (shoutout to Peter). Their website is... let's say idiosyncratic but you get used to it :D

Denimio may be a good quality site. Nevertheless, I bought Samurai 21 Oz jeans there and I am extremely disappointed. Although having taken great care (hand wash, no spinning, no cycling...), several holes and a tear appeared at and around the crotch. I had these jeans 18 months in my possession and they are unwearable. Obviously, neither Denimio nor Samuraï agreed to take seriously the problem into account. So, 250 € of damn in the air. I am very disappointed.

Do not buy! Especially when it’s a Flash sale or a holiday sale! Denimio will not notify you during checkout that there’s no return or exchange with your purchase!

They have an amazing denim selection at the best prices. The measurements they mention in their SizeChart are almost accurate, so if you match them to your perfect jeans you can purchase a great new pair.

The website needs an update as sometimes the webpages can take forever to load.

The only downside is in case of a return, you will receive inconsistent replies from each customer service staff. One will say, your refund will be a store credit while the other will say refund to credit card; and in the end your luck will be either/or !!

But if there is a particular pair of jeans that you are looking for, this is for sure a great place to buy.

They will not refund your money they only issue store credit and force you to take replacement order you don't want!

I bought a pair of jeans on their website and i received empty parcel. I reported the issue to the shop directly through email and after a few emails they told me that they have sent replacement order to me.

I asked them to cancel it because I dont want replacement order and they didnt ask me if i want or not at the beginning but just sent it over.

Then they sent another email saying that if I want to return the replacement order I'm free to do so on my own cost. ALSO! they will not refund me but will only refund store credit for me to shop with them again.

How ridiculous it is. The way they treat their customers and the solution they provide is actually not acceptable also meaningless. They were really keen to send the replacement order because they tried to force me accept the order and keep their money.

Just bought my first Japanese selvedge jeans.
Very responsive staff & friendly chat to help with the sizing.
Website gets bit slow sometimes but staff and support are top class.
Shipping was quick.
Looking forward to buy more soon

The site is very slow and clumsy. Just try to sort any category "low to high" and you'll see what I mean. But that's not the main problem. You can get used to it. The main problem is availability. Stock status of an item is an intentional misinformation of a customer. There are items marked "out of stock" and items without this mark. Do you think such items are in stock and available for immediate shipment? You are wrong. I ordered two "in-stock" items and received message (with lots of "sorry" of course) that both will be ready in one month. One of them will be "made by order". No notification about actual fulfillment time during the order. No question from Customer Care "Are you ready and willing to wait one month?". Meanwhile the site promises "We strive to ship from our warehouse within 2 to 3 days of receiving an order and our customers typically receive their orders within a few days of shipping".

The website is full of bugs which makes browsing a virtual nightmare. Their is also significant lagging with stock updates online, so you can purchase Jeans but then a day later receive a ‘sorry this actually out of stock’. Buying denim is difficult as it is. The whole situation left me annoyed and frustrated.
