Everything was great until it came time…
Everything was great until it came time to actually install the machine. I should have known by the run around about the tech that would install it. I was willing to have my local tech take care of it. I instead paid for their tech who changed the install date several times. He also left the old pan sitting in my first operatory instead of the designated area (very empty rear of the building). Instead, every patient and parent had to walk by it on the way to their appointment.
It has actually been about a month since that delivery and the pano still is not working correctly. He knowingly installed a bent guide rod and did not alert anyone. When I finally got ahold of him, after trouble shooting all day, he tells me about the bent part. I then had to prompt him to order the new part...
THEN that part had all kinds of issues getting to us, they put the incorrect address, then sent the part to the wrong state. In short, A MESS.
Sales guy could not have been nicer, service and support has been garbage.

Bought a Handler lab work bench
Bought a Handler lab work bench and it arrived severely damaged. I contribute it to poor prepping for shipment by Handler and poor handling by the shipping company, UPS Freight. We decided to return the bench for a full refund. Took entirely too long to arrange pick-up since the bench had to be wrapped for shipment which we didn't have the supplies to do. Once the bench was prepared for shipping by a third-party the shipping company picked up the unit. That was a month ago and we are still waiting on the refund from Dental Planet. Think twice before buying a Handler bench from anyone.
(Update) We received our refund today. Understand the person responsible for these actions was out of the office for an extended period of time. Dental Planet should have more than one person to handle these issues. Thankful for the completion of the refund.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this company deserves one. When I submitted my order, the address was incorrect. Once I noticed it, I contacted them and they fixed it IMMEDIATELY. Shipping was very fast and I love my new dental scaler! 10/10 would recommend this company and will be purchasing from them again. Their customer service can’t be beaten. It’s incredible!!

Took a longer than reported time to get here. I contacted and was told it was delivered and then when I said it never got here I was told oops mistake. The communication is lacking. I thought I was scammed. The order did get here and it was correct.

Great experience using DentalPlanet
Great experience using DentalPlanet. I used them to equip the vast majority of my start-up practice, including chairs, lights, xray units etc. They were very easy to work with, helped secure and provide some hard to find equipment, and had no problem customizing the refurbished Adec 511 chairs to my needed specifications from finding the perfect color, to custom stitching pattern/location, to built-in ultrasonic scalers etc… I was slightly hesitant to go with refurbished chairs over new chairs initially, but have seen no areas of diminished quality compared other brand new Adec chairs I have used in previous offices. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to equip an office. I have had everything in use for nearly a year now with zero issues.
