We approached them as a start up in the insurance sector. We knew that the underpinning structure and logic of a system to sell our product online would be complicated, so we were really looking for input and direction. Deploy really hit the mark for us in that regard. They led the way with facilitating matrix pricing structures that catered for numerous multipliers, add-ons and options at the product selection stage. Generating policy documentation was another core requirements for us and the team at Deploy made a system that handled that seamlessly. They also developed the functionality for cancellations, amendments and renewals which we really were delighted with, as this was a particular headache we were considering how best to overcome. All in all, they took the time to think about the lifecycle of our product and ensure that our customers have an intuitive and easy way to purchase it, throwing their own ideas in along the way.

We maintained our partnership post-launch and I’m pleased to say that they’ve continued to deliver a well organised and efficient support service and we’ve incorporated performance enhancements that have been really valuable.
