Refund of subscription
I was unknowing paying £18 per month for a loyalty scheme that I had never used for almost 4 years. When I contacted Webloyalty they immediately cancelled the subscription and refunded me for 3 months. They sent me a claim form for the rest of the money and reviewed it and refunded me the very next day. Thought I was going to have to fight to get my money back but they were very understanding.
