Refund of subscription

I was unknowing paying £18 per month for a loyalty scheme that I had never used for almost 4 years. When I contacted Webloyalty they immediately cancelled the subscription and refunded me for 3 months. They sent me a claim form for the rest of the money and reviewed it and refunded me the very next day. Thought I was going to have to fight to get my money back but they were very understanding.

Good customer service
And anyone saying money was taken, clearly can't read the very obvious monthly subscription fee which you need to enter your card details for!

The same to all other similar reviews, but it is a clear taking money silent in the back. Unsure how I had signed up, and the process of cancellation is unclear. Not responding swiftly to the email, again, it can be deemed intentional.

I never intentionally signed up to these Scammers

Like other reviewers, I never signed up to this fraudulent organisation. Indeed, it is a complete mystery as to how they got hold of the details of this effectively dormant Amex account. The £18 per month started in October 2025. This supplementary card has been used twice in the last 6 months. On both occasions only to take advantage of cashback deals. One payment to Tescos, and one to a hotel in Eire. Neither payment near in time to when the scam payments started. All I can do is to reiterate the advice given by others - check your statements regularly, even for an account that is effectively dormant. One star is one star too many for this bunch.

Total Scam - Somehow they get sign ups and you get debited £18 per month, This happened on Amex so I have cancelled the card and written to the company but I have low expectations

Complete Savings and Webloyalty - scam or not?

Complete Savings and webloyalty.co.uk have taken money from my credit card without my awareness until a long time after..When I went after Complete Savings for refund they played along, and passed the case on to Webloyalty who then asked for my bank account number, sort code and proof of (me) as account owner - so they can refund me.
They promised five days to process the case, after seven days they have not responded. I emailed to demand an update, several more days after and still no reply.
I have now reported this case and telling YOU ALL "BE CAREFUL" !!
They are at best being slow in response even if their auto generated email replied they would respond within five days. They go silent.
Not yet determining if they are scammer and fingers crossed that they are just very slow to respond.
So far I am very disappointed and incredibly concerned as I never signed up for the membership and have been charged over a period of time. I can only hope that they can refund me or I will have to reach out to legal advice.
My advice to you all is to check your credit card and bank statement, and don't ignore them. If you see Complete Savings or Webloyalty imposing authorized charges, report it immediately.

TOTAL SCAM!!!!
This company has taken £18 from my Amex account without my permission, I have never done any subscription, so I reported it to the bank, they cancelled my card and replaced it, but somehow they found a way to take £18 from the new card again. I tried to contact them about 2 months ago by email but they never answered. I am impressed that this company is still active.

I've been getting debited 18 euro per month since November 2023 without realising until last week. Unbelievable this company has now asked me for a bank statement before refunding me! Anyone else experience similar?

I found they were taking money (£18) a month from my Amex account... i suddenly remembered what it was... when i bought dominos, you can signup to their cashback thing, its that.. after some research, i found out what website it was, logged in, and sure enough, my amex details were there...
this also happens on apps like trainline etc..

Cancel WEBLOYALTY membership

How to cancel

It took me a while to find how to cancel the membership. It's sits under My Time Rewards not WebLoyality.

Call 0800 731 9936 or search mytimerewards

I subscribed inadvertently via trainline. Didn't realise until £18 was taken on my AMEX. Tried calling number and it refers you to an email which I don't believe is manned.

Disappointing Experience: A Disguised Scam?

After luring us in with supposed savings, we end up with a monthly subscription (of course, written in the tiniest print). And trust me, you’ll lose your money for sure. They pose as reliable websites by appearing at the end of well-known shopping sites, but that’s far from the truth—it’s deceitful practices at play. I also encourage you to check what UFC-Que Choisir or some lawmakers have to say about their tactics. To me, this amounts to a scam.

A fraud that stops when?

With the complicity of distributors in France, webloyalty takes €21 from your bank account every month. These financial criminals based in Nyon in Switzerland run a business based on total ambiguity: when you pay for your basket during an e-commerce purchase, they trigger a pop-up window which promises a discount on your purchases. In reality, they collect your banking details and hack your account without any consent. Vermin that cancers your purchases on the Internet. A fraud that stops when?

This company has taken £15 per month out of my current account using my connect card. I have never heard of them. Their email contact service does not work it’s says it has calcha and it does not.

Webloyalty works hand in hand with Completesave.co.uk. Somehow, they got hold of my debit card number and are now fraudulently deducting money from my account -- 15 pounds a month. Barclays Bank is unable to stop these payments (shame on them) and expects you to correspond with these companies directly. However, their websites are appalling and choices to unsubscribe are absent. They thus make it impossible to unsubscribe! How can the law allow this clandestine swindling to happen -- especially to the elderly? Webloyalty is shameless, devious and malign. Check your bank statements carefully or you could be taken by this unscrupulous company. Loyalty is the last thing they should have in their title. No wonder 100% of reviews rate them as 'Bad'

BEWARE this company has a very bad reputation. They do not pay the cash back owed, and will do anything to set you up to fail. Their favorite is "Abuse of Power" tactics -Where they cancel your membership because you've proved them wrong!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY'RE CORRUPT !!
