COMPLETE SCAMMERS!!!! Do not trust this company. They somehow get hold of your details without you knowing it. My first payment was stolen last year. Since then I have changed cards and still somehow they have managed to get these details too, including the confirmation pin number apparently sent to my phone. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!! We have tried to get in contact with them several times and they never reply and continue to steal our money. AVOID!!

My bank froze an unauthorised payment for webloyalty, so, I had to issue a new card. Just like everyone else here, I never subscribed to their services

I had £18 also coming out of my account which were unauthorised payments to webloyaltymembership. Contacted my bank first who put a 13month stop on account but also gave me another company to contact their phone no 08003896960. They have cancelled the payment. Just for interest it was two companies Trainline and Moonpig. Hope this helps at least cancelling the unauthorised payments and check these sites when ordering in future.

I don’t know how it’s possible for this company to continue operating. It’s a massive scam that lives off legitimate e-commerce. I discovered that they try to charge me €18 every month. Now, I’d like to thank Revolut for detecting the fraud and blocking my card.

If I can give negative star I will give -10 star, it deducted my credit card £18 which I didn’t give any authorisation, I called card centre and CS said they cannot stop and do nothing asked me to contact them directly

I remembered I only used app to book a parking space and used apply pay, they still can collected my card info for charging me

Had 10 months of £18 taken. I didn't look them up sooner, but wished I had. I complained directly to them and they gave me a 3 month refund, they then paid the remaining money back following having to fill out a form, which asked for some further data telephone numbers etc.

Incredible. Just like many others here, I accidentally discovered that £18 has been taken from my card every month for almost a year.

I have absolutely no recollection of signing up for any subscription, I have never used any services, and I genuinely do not understand how this is even possible in today’s world.

What is even more shocking is that this company continues to operate, and that these transactions are processed so easily through Amex.

At no point was I clearly informed about a recurring charge, nor did I knowingly authorise it. This feels misleading at best and deeply unethical at worst.

This company has taken £18 from my account with out me signing up to anything. I want nothing to do with this and request MY money be sent back to me ASAP. as you can tell by other reviews. Complete SCAM.

For some reason they are taking my money from my account every month £18 and I don’t remember any substitutions with them and I can’t find the costumer service.

Just have been report to the police then got the document to show the bank that they have been withdraw from my account 18€/ month without I subscribe. I can only tracing back just only three months because they changed their name in their banking details so it difficult to know who did what.

I noticed this payment taken from my account for £18.00 and like everyone else on here I had not authorised it. I still have no idea what sort of company this is apart from a total scam! Absolute disgrace.

This is a scam company. They dont tell that you are signing up for a montly pay.
And now its impossible to sign out.

Scam bastards company. No way to cancel the subscription. Either Curry or train line are involved in this . Don’t buy from them.
