I had an intermitent fault on my Elite…
I had an intermitent fault on my Elite Deprogun. Following clarification of the fault the response to my issue was immediate and positive. The replacement arrived within 2 days. This is the best customer service I have had for many years (if ever). I find the product excellent as a support to my training and health goals and highly recommend it.

Excellent customer service
I ordered a massage gun for my wife and she seemed to be very happy with it. The reason for writing this review is a different one. After 11 months of using the gun occasionally it stopped working. I contacted the company expecting nothing but delays and excuses. I received a response in less than half an hour and after sending in few additional pieces information a new gun was send out and arrived within 24hours. I am still shocked. I have never experienced a customer service as excellent as this one. Thank you so much. You gave me back a hope that outstanding customer service is still out there!
