Happy with price and the product itself…
Happy with price and the product itself is good but luckily I didn’t do what I was instructed to do on the box and video the unboxing and post to Instagram because the screen was missing (found it in the box) and the springs behind it were hanging off. Not ideal but I put it back together and it works fine. Carry case is great and the different connections all really do something different.

Love the gun, find it helps with those hard to reach areas that you just can't get into with the foam roller. Customer Service was also excellent

Purchased the Deprogun
Purchased the gun on Sunday arrived on Tuesday.it was delivered in error to the wrong property and when I enquired I received an immediate and personal response from deprogun by WhatsApp until the problem was sorted
In relation to the product it works really well and is excellent at loosening all muscle areas
I am always slow to gives five star rating however in this case due to the personal service which I received and how well the product operates I have no issue in this case .Richie

Bought one for my wife due to her chronic back pain following a very positive recommendation from my adult son who uses one. My wife is so happy with the immediate pain relief for her back (and delighted with the added benefit regarding her cellulitis!). She has now just purchased another one to give to our daughter for her birthday, as she is very sporty and often suffers sports strains.

You were rude from the start... Had you been nicer and not rude, we would have waived any costs incurred by you. But your weren't nice and were expecting everything for free...
You agreed to our terms and conditions when you bought from us. We simply upheld our returns policy which clearly states that you are liable for initial shipping costs and merchant fees associated with the sale.
The massage gun works exactly as it is designed to work. I would suggest it was operator error William.... A Poor Tradesman always blames his tools..
As you seem to be a tyre kicker, next time read the Return policy...

I ordered the DG2, and it arrived the next day as advertised. I charged it up (it was already at 80%) and have been using it since. It is exactly as described, works wonders easing the knots out of my muscles. It includes a handy description of the uses for each attachment head. I'm fully satisfied with the service and product.
