I've been extremely impressed with this company. I spent time on the phone asking for help with measurements, type of carpet and other questions. I found them to be friendly and helpful.
Prices very competitive and delivery times good.
Most importantly I love my carpet!! The house feels new and fresh.

Top class made to measure rug and top class service
We got a made to measure xxxl rug. Samples arrived quickly and our order was made and delivered within one week. A friendly customer service lady rang to agree delivery date and the lovely delivery man dropped our delivery in our entrance hall after carrying it up a long lane single handedly. The rug was well packaged and when we rolled it out we could not have been happier. Fantastic service, fantastic quality and great price. Will 100% use again for carpets and rugs!!!

Carpet arrived damaged but I didn't have time to complain so made do with it
Ordering and delivery was straightforward. However the carpet had two cuts in the backing through to the pile. The plastic packaging was undamaged so these cuts must have been there before dispatch. It was a small piece intended for a cupboard and I didn't have the time to complain and have a new piece delivered so I decided to make do. It has meant I am unlikely now to use the company in the future.

ALL ROUND EXCELLENT SERVICEGood communicatio company…
Good communications from the company who phoned and discussed an alteration to my oder regarding size. This worked well as the carpet has fitted perfectly in our garden room/ conservatory, with a piece left over which can be used as a corridor runner else where.
The price was great for the quality of carpet recieved, which is excellent. Delivery went smoothly and the driver was most helpful . All in all excellent service all round Thankyou
