Ordered a reported perfect condition…
Ordered a reported perfect condition Stone Island jumper that when it arrived it was in awful condition. Wrong colour, hole in the back of the jumper, faded at the bottom, bobbles all over and the badge was creased and again bobbled. Sent it back immediately for a refund.

You did delivered me two items that were supposed to be large. They are very much small large than large items that I have today so the two items were not fit for purpose. I will never be ordering anything from yourselves again. Many thanks Andrew.

Hi Chris,
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. As mentioned via email, your order was refunded immediately after your request, and any delay in it appearing in your account was due to standard bank processing times — something that’s unfortunately outside of our control.
We completely understand the frustration this caused and did everything possible to resolve it promptly on our end. If there’s anything further we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
