Faulty watch but refunded.
I ordered a watch and the clasp kept opening up. after wearing it for about a month I sent it back to be fixed. They fixed it and returned it but it broke again. I now sent it back and they refunded me.
Were very responsive throughout. Thank you!

-We repaired the watch with the best of intentions and no intention to cause any dissatisfaction.
-If the watch cannot be repaired, we will issue a refund without hesitation.
-We advised you to return the watch for a refund, and we did not refuse this at any point. In our last response, we clearly stated that we would issue a refund. However, your review suggests that we refused to do so, which is not accurate.
We provided you with the return process and form but acknowledge that the tracking reference for the return refund has not yet been sent. The delay of approximately three weeks occurred during the peak of the Black Friday sale season, which unfortunately caused delays with courier deliveries beyond our control.
Throughout this process, we have remained responsive to your messages, and we assure you that we are committed to resolving this issue. We kindly ask for your understanding and consideration in this matter.
If we had failed to address your concerns entirely, we would completely understand your review. However, since we are actively working to resolve this issue, we hope you might consider the feedback.

Quite nice... Dodgy delivery!
Watch was good quality but not as bright as expected. On a whole quite happy so far... Lets see if the Misses likes the product when she receives it.
Not very happy that the item was delivered and left on doorstep!
Especially with the crime gangs around.

Great experience from beginning to end. Ordered a christmas gift, but changed my mind on the colour way following the initial (speedy) delivery. Reached out to the team via email, with a response received just a couple of hours after from John. Throughout every step, John couldn’t have been more helpful (& reassuring) in what can be one of the most stressful times of the year! Returned the initial order (which was also processed speedily) and re-ordered within the space of a week! Great quality & great customer service. Will definitely re-purchase in the future. However, due to being Black Friday Sale/Holidays, we cannot guarantee that the delivery companies that we use, Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL can keep to the delivery timeframes.
