I was highly satisfied with the delivery experience and information.
I was kept informed of the expected delivery date and expected time of delivery. The driver contacted me via telephone to say they were on their way. The furniture was delivered to our required room. The chairs are beautiful and complement the room.
I must have misunderstood as I thought the furniture was to be unpacked and the packaging taken away by the drivers but when asked about this the driver said not.

Tailor made replacement cushions for our existing conservatory furniture - perfect fit and delighted with quality of material and workmanship.

The colleague at Desser was so very helpful to me. I chose something and then decided it wasn't suitable for my purpose so chose something else - this was accomplished at once and without fuss. I chose a delivery date and my sofa was duly delivered on time. The sofa is beautiful and exactly what I wanted.

I ordered 2 rattan chairs based only on the website. There was no opportunity to try them but the company rep was extremely helpful and patient. I absolutely love them for the comfort, look and quality of manufacturing.

After travelling from Buckingham, to see the furniture. We were made very welcome. The showroom was very well laid out. We went to see a particular piece of conservatory furniture, but seeing all the different sets of furniture we changed our minds and bought a different set.

Arrived on time. Two very polite men unpacked the sofa and removed all the packaging.

Good notification of state of order. Arrived within the time frame. Chairs are very comfortable but one of the arm struts needs periodical adjustment

We were so pleased to find that Desser made replacement cushions for our conservatory furniture. We were able to choose exactly the material we wanted. Communication was good and the cushions were made to order and delivered promptly.

Absolutely love my Papasan chair, my guests are obsessed. Would reccomend this to everyone and anyone.
The delivery was a slight disappointment, website states 1-3 days- took nearly 2 weeks so couldn’t use it for what I had originally planned unfortunately. B&Q sell the same chair but their delivery was a week, hence why I went with Desser for a “quicker” delivery time.

Other than that, I don’t regret purchasing. The delivery carrier they use were great and brought it into the house for me and super friendly and were also very intrigued on what it was🤣

Really helpful sales advisor helped us make a great choice. The Clifton armchairs were delivered with care and are soundly constructed. They look great too.
We had an unfortunate issue with one chair which was slightly damaged. On notifying the company about this they dealt with it without hesitation and effectively.

We chose Desser based upon trying one chair in a local garden centre. We find it hard to choose from a brochure so we headed off from London to Manchester where all the range is available to view. It was worth the trip! We had the showroom to ourselves - no hard sell but all questions answered fully and additional information provided. We made a selection. Went home and changed our minds - the sales executive could not have been more patient, understanding and helpful . We have now taken delivery of the furniture and are delighted with the product.
There was a problem with the delivery which was promptly resolved by Desser and their delivery agent.

Our experience of the Desser company, from beginning to end was memorable for the following reasons: when I first rang the company phone number it went straight to a real live person ✔️ who put me through to Mark to help with my query. He was helpful, explained they were a family run business, the products were made by them in the UK and that they stood by the quality of their products ✔️. Our further requests for help in deciding what conservatory suite to go for proved invaluable. We ordered on the advice given and it arrived within 2-3 weeks. We could not be more delighted with our Turin suite and foot stool....the quality and comfort is fabulous. The whole process from beginning to end has been a fabulous, seamless experience. Excellent. Item delayed as not in stock. Profuse apologies made. The sofa then arrived sooner than expected. Delivery company excellent. Removed all the packaging and took it away. All very efficient.

The furniture was picked to fit our new Sunroom and it was perfect fitting through all the doors easily as expected. Not only that, the style we picked was just what we needed.
