I recently travelled with Destination Beauty for a procedure, and overall my experience was a very positive one.

From the very beginning, the communication prior to booking was impeccable. I was provided with clear, helpful information, all questions were answered thoroughly, and at no point did I feel pressured. Everything was explained in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident in moving forward.

Upon arrival, I was picked up from the airport and all transfers between the airport, hospital and hotel were seamless. The organisation throughout the trip was excellent and removed any stress from travelling for surgery.

My pre-operative experience at Ruamjairak Hospital was very thorough. The consultation with Dr Jatuporn was relatively short and felt somewhat hurried; however, the nursing team more than made up for this. The post-operative nurses were incredibly caring, thoughtful and supportive throughout my entire stay.

Ruamjairak Hospital itself felt luxurious. Having my own large private room with a lounge, coffee table, large television and even a small kitchenette with microwave, kettle, tea and coffee made a real difference — especially when you just want a quiet cup of tea while recovering.

Back at the hotel, I particularly appreciated the thoughtful appointment notes slipped under my door each evening outlining the next day’s schedule. That small detail made everything feel organised and reassuring during recovery.

Now that I am home, the support has continued. I am able to liaise directly with the nurses through a dedicated Facebook Messenger group, and they respond in a timely and helpful manner to any post-operative questions.

All in all, the entire experience was positive, well organised and supportive from start to finish. I would absolutely return in the future and would highly recommend Destination Beauty to anyone considering surgery abroad.

I have a very good experience in Destination Beauty from the day i inquired, decide,book my surgery all the way from picking us up to the Airport and coming back to Australia, there teams are amazing from drivers, hotel staffs, nurses and doctors. We had a good experience with Destination Beauty. It started a year ago with an in person consultation after my husband got all new cubic zirconium crowns with them. We met with the doctor, discussed what was wanted and needed, booked our surgeries ( my husband and I). Great communication during the 12 months preceding the surgery and detailed instructions of timelines and blood work that needed to be accomplished and when. Arriving for the consultation was seamless. The hotel was well organized as was each step we went through. The staff is caring, friendly and supportive. The doctors and nurses are amazing.

My experience with DB was excellent. From start to finish. My Rep is very helpful. The Hospitals is huge with smart tv, kitchenette and toiletries that make me feel like home. The nurse is so gentle n caring. I have nose job with Dr Wee and face job with Dr J. I'm nearly 4 weeks post op. My healing process is good. So natural. Nobody even noticed that i have had a surgery. So happy with the Result. Definitely would recommend DB.

The best thing about destination beauty is that you can travel solo without any worries. There is always someone with you and you meet other people having surgery’s so you can hang out if you want too or just relax by yourself.

Lux private rooms are provided in the hospitals with excellent care, and the accommodation is fabulous as well. The financial transactions are transparent, you know exactly where the money goes to.
This is a safe and reliable way to get exceptional value for money as well as a great experience!

Would highly recommend this hospital wonderful-doctors and nurses also admin staff, made me feel at ease before surgery, the hospital is spotlessly clean and the staff are very attentive, the hotel we were put in was very comfortable and spacious and bell boys and staff were very helpful.

From the moment I contacted Destination Beauty through instagram to ask about a face lift I knew I was in good hands with my customer service rep Jessie. Her communication was absolutely excellent. When I landed at the airport in Bangkok till the moment I got taken to the baggage drop off to go home I couldn’t have asked for a better well organised, caring, supportive business that looked after me 100%. I couldn’t fault anything about my journey❤️ All the staff from the administration, nurses, Doctors, even the staff that brought in your meals at the hospital were so friendly and went out of their way to always make you feel comfortable. The Hotel rooms were really clean, spacious and comfortable, and had everything you needed in them to help you recover. the amenities at the hotel were great and the nurses station at the hotel was fantastic to get my wounds checked and dressed. I can’t wait to go back🥰

My experience with Destination Beauty was fabulous! I’m super happy with the results of my neck and mid facelift and cannot fault the Staff at both the hospital, nurses station and hotel. Everything flowed fairly easily with just a few considerations in regards to language. He sure to have a translate app on your phone to be able to communicate your needs well to the nursing staff in those first couple of days after surgery. I also found the unexpected surprise of making some lovely new friends at the hotel and being supported by some from around the world all there for their own personal reasons. 10/10 for Destination beauty!

Only problem i have is under 4 scabs is old stickers which after 5 weeks can't be pulled out. Unless dr in Australia cuts it to find knot to pull stick out

Overall everything was fine once I arrived in Thailand.
The accomodation was excellent, although despite them knowing I was arriving, I had to wait more than 2 hrs in the lobby before my room was ready. After coming from New Zealand that was disappointing.
The care at the hospital and after my release was excellent. I missed two of the afternoon teas as I was unaware of these.
There was one thing that did spoil the visit a tiny amount .
My contact person prior to arrival in Thailand. Felt like ok I was hooked, paid the money etc felt like I was dumped then. She would state looking forward to meeting you etc, never heard from her. I had a gift for her, to thank her but since I never even got a quick hello, gift given to another person .
By the way, one of the porters Kit, a sheer delight, he remembered my name, room number, always a smile (which at the staff did), so helpful.

4 months later, and I still have not recovered from mid facelift and under eye. Puffy and swollen throughout. The problem with going to Thailand for surgery is there is NOTHING they will do to help re complications. They have your money and no longer their problem. My friends and I all experienced ongoing hospitalisation in Australia and infection. They will gaslight everyone who reviews them negatively so they can just get the public to see the best ones

I was very sceptical and nervous to go overseas for my surgery but I am so glad I did.
The process from start to end was fairly smooth. Everything was organised before I got there from airport transfers to all the hospital transfers, accommodation etc.
Going overseas allowed me extra time to recover by myself before flying home to my family.
All of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Destination Beauty is a very popular Thailand destination for weight loss and many esthetic surgeries and it's not by chance. This team operates out of a 5 star private hospital Samitivej and the entire process is immaculately organized and their team. My only hiccups that happened along the way I believed is because of misunderstandings because of English barrier - many staff are not fluent in English and that is to be expected when you travel overseas. Most important is that Destination Beauty being located in a 5 star massive hospital which has emergency department for peace of mind. Only complication I witnessed was on a patient who didn't follow doctor advice and totally ignored their advice of post care and wearing a support 24/7. Destination Beauty was recommended to me by a friend and after experiencing I can full hearted recommend to everyone. Dr Narong is exceptional for weight loss surgery and his English, approach, communication and care is top.
